Chicken liver with rice and vegetables in the Steba slow cooker

Ingredients

chicken liver 1 kg
onion 2
carrot 2
squash 0.5kg
Bell pepper 2
tomatoes 2
potatoes 3
round grain rice 1mst
tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
water 50-60ml
salt, seasonings
vegetable oil 1-2st. l.

Cooking method

  • A tasty, quick, healthy and satisfying dish. It is possible to use any vegetables that are found in the house, the main principle.
  • Peel, chop, and fry onions and carrots. Add a little chopped chicken liver (I had it frozen, thawed and cut slightly). Add rice, all chopped vegetables, spices and salt on top. Put in tomato paste, pour 50-60g of water (so that the steam goes). Vegetables program 12 minutes 0.7 barrels. As a result, we get the most tender and juicy liver in vegetables that have not lost their shape. Bon Appetit!

At first I did it for 20 minutes, but the rice is very boiled. I tried it for 12 minutes, it worked out optimally.

0.7 is high pressure. I used to cook in another pressure cooker, and the pressure was not released there either. I cooked either on "porridge" (20 min by default), or manually 15 min pressure.

Yes, the rice is very boiled (I have a round-grain Kuban). Today I tried it for 12 minutes - the rice is much better, and the liver is just as juicy. Now I will change the time in the recipe. I think 12 minutes is optimal.

Thanks for the recipe, it turned out delicious! Only I didn't add potatoes ... in my understanding, either with potatoes or with rice)) I took steamed rice, in 12 minutes it was completely ready and not boiled.

I did it without zucchini (there was none), everything else was according to the recipe, I liked it very much, that's very direct !!! Who has not tried to put cabbage? or will it interrupt the taste of the liver? I want to try adding zucchini instead of today.
