Alternatively, check the mains voltage. There should be 220-230 volts.
At 200 volts and below, underbaking is possible - checked)

THANK YOU! I didn’t even think about this variant of the reason for the lack of care. I will definitely check. I will definitely unsubscribe. But not earlier than Saturday or Sunday (my husband will check, I don't understand anything about this).

Excuse for troubling.

Good day! Tell me the recipe with dry kvass, please. I bought dry kvass, I thought there was in the book of recipes for Panasonic, but did not find it. Thanks in advance!

Wheat rye bread

Wheat flour - 375g
coarse rye flour - 190g
salt-2h. l.
brown malt - 2-3 tsp (but more is possible)
cumin-1st. l.
dry sourdough - 1 tbsp. l.
fresh yeast-7g
water-390ml
I apologize for the ignorance. And what is dry leaven? And what is brown malt. Will dark wheat suit? We have such malt, should we put it?

Bast1nda, This is suitable: Red rye malt, ground as an option "Kvassnoy" concentrate 🔗

sazalexter, thank you tremendous! I don't even know what IT looks like))))) So I didn't know how to buy. Can I have another question?
They sell kvass wort in a nut (for making kvass) and in thick glass jars, also for making kvass, can they be used for baking, is this also a kind of malt? and in what recipes. Or poke me on a topic, please.
Bast1nda
Do people go to the forum? Maybe I'm hanging out in the wrong section? You ask a question, three days - silence and not the fact that they will deflect

Bast1nda, There are always people, just now before the holidays everyone has little time to sit on the forum. I use kvass wort which is sold in 0.5l cans. There is enough malt there, and I use it for baking, and I use dry kvass and rye malt (I bought it in the grocery department and in the department for diabetics). If I bake on kvass wort, I replace part of the liquid with kvass wort (from 1 to 4 tbsp. L), the more wort, the more intense the taste of rye bread is obtained. In general, type here in the search "bread on kvass wort in a bread maker", there you will find recipes and it will already be clear how to use it. I hope I helped you with something. Good luck.

Good evening, members of the forum!
Take another baker into your ranks :))
I bought 2502, for 3 days already, I baked a simple white, wheat-rye and 2 times Easter cake. Wheat and cakes turned out delicious, only the caps were raised on one side, I bake with live yeast, wheat-rye also turned out delicious, only at the edge it turned out higher than the middle, baked well.
My husband asks to bake some tasty one, with onions or garlic, how lavash is sold, tell me the recipe, I want to experiment :))
Little dragon
lilysha, I just took out my experiment from HP - everything was according to the recipe for the main bread, but on top of the water (I mixed it with a small amount of kefir) 1 clove of garlic, passed through a garlic press - the smell for the whole house! I can't say anything about the taste yet (it's unlikely to change much - after all, 1 clove is not much), and it's too late to taste today. I did the same with onions - I chopped it finely, fried it and added it when the HP had already started kneading. Advice subtracted here .
I liked the gray bread on recipe Aldus
HP itself appeared recently, so I understand the desire to experiment
until I frankly did not like only the addition of tea leaves (well, all the markers are different in taste and color)
Bast1nda
I put granular onions and garlic, very tasty and no hassle. I don't add both ingredients together, for my taste it's too much. I really liked the bread from the attached recipe book - from different flours, the recipe for the cereal.
Lazy
And I have already experimented and settled on one bread, since I often use a toaster, also Panasonic, and the sizes of bread slices and toaster cells completely coincide. By the way, I have already spoken about the differences between recipes “ours” and “not ours”. The same recipe, but less yeast, less sugar, less salt.

Lazy, and which mode and on which stove?
I, for example, 2512. 4th mode - the main one with raisins.
Lazy
paykin, and I have Panasonic-2501 and mode "4" - dietary duration 5 hours, as in the recipe (I like this mode better). Sometimes I bake in 1 mode - that is, the usual duration of 4 hours. There is no difference in all respects, except for taste - dietary is better. In any mode, the breads are one-to-one, like duplicates. True, now I ran out of whole grain flour and I use wheat of the second grade (also good, creamy).

Lazy, thanks
I will try
skorpiosha
but tell me the recipe for the dough for delicious cakes, to make the dough in hp and bake cakes in the oven.

Someone insulated the cover of Panasik 2502-01.? saw that they were placing foil. under the dispersant hatch.
tascha
They brought this from the dacha: Panasonic SD-BT10P - bread maker. I did not find such a combination by searching. Are there owners of such a unit here? Interested in the simplest proven recipe. The fact is that there is only one bread in the instructions without additives, and it is with the addition of powdered milk (1 tbsp. L), but I would not want it.
Mandraik Ludmila
tascha, there is a section with recipes for Panasiks. You can choose there:

Recipes for the section "Bread in a Panasonic Bread Maker".

And so, the simplest recipe from the instructions for the main mode (for 4 hours):

Plain white bread.
Yeast (dry) 1h l.
Wheat flour (v. S.) 400g
Salt 1 tsp l.
Sugar 1st. l.
Vegetable oil 1 st. l.
Water 260ml

Nathanael, I am putting in the foil, but I do not insulate so much as I close the hole from the dispenser, since I only insert the dispenser on programs with additives. I have 2511.

Guys, it's better to ask questions in the topic about Panasikihttps://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...com_smf&topic=484338.8740 There are more people there, but this topic is practically not read, I accidentally noticed

In my oven, all recipes are for 300 grams of flour, and everywhere milk powder. That's why I was confused.
Mandraik Ludmila
In your model, the bucket is smaller, count to 300g. The cooking time is more important here.
