Ingredients
Bell pepper
Garlic
Onion
Minced meat
Mayonnaise
Tomato paste
Sour cream
Condiments
Cheese
Rast. oil
Cooking method

Bell peppers, garlic, onions - chop with a blender or chop finely. Add minced meat, some mayonnaise and stir.
Dilute tomato paste with water or take peeled tomatoes in your own juice, add sour cream and your favorite seasonings.
Lubricate the bottom of the MV with vegetable oil. I put the so-called. baking sleeve, tearing it at the seam. It turned out to be such a large oilcloth, in which I then pulled everything out.
At the bottom is a sheet for lasagna (or a few cross-on-the-cross, if they are non-standard, that is, of their own production), then minced meat, pour over the top with a mixture of tomato and seasonings (which we prepared). Then repeat everything until the minced meat ends. Top with a sheet for lasagna.
Drizzle over the tomato mixture with spices, you can sprinkle with grated cheese (I did not sprinkle it).
I did a lot. I put it for 2 hours. Stewing, but it was not ready, I added 40 minutes. Bakery products. Here such smells flew ....... Let it stand for a while in a saucepan, let everything grapple.
I managed to remove the film from under the lasagna only when it was almost cold, and before that I just cut it in a circle.

How great it is on our forum!
Only the idea comes to my head - bam - someone smarter - have already tried and prepared everything, and brought it to us !!!
My version of lasagna (I always do it in the oven, I just thought about using multi):
Your sheets of lasagna (or purchased),
minced meat with tomatoes (including pasta), your favorite seasonings and vegetables, but NOT too liquid;
bechamel sauce (flour + butter + milk (cream) + spices).
Layer in the following sequence: leaf + minced meat + sauce + leaf + minced meat + sauce and so on until the end of the ingredients, grease the top sheet with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
In its native (Italian) version, lasagna also has all the gusto in melted, literally bubbling cheese.

Elena Bo, Thank you! I have already done lasagne in the cartoon, but from ready-made sheets, but how to make homemade ones? You just take the dumplings dough and roll it out in the noodle cutter, or is there some other dough recipe here? And then how do you lay out the dough immediately after rolling out or dry it?
Lydia
And it's interesting to me too. True, I have never done lasagna yet, but I must start sometime! And Elena Bo's photos are so "tasty" that they drool.

Great lasagna turned out. And what kind of dough?
Elena Bo
I made the dough as for noodles, here I took it on the forum (it seems Lola gave it). In general, I found such a recipe for lasagna sheets: 400 grams of flour, 4-5 eggs, salt 1 tsp. Knead and place in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Then divide the dough into 8-10 balls, roll each ball into a thin sheet.
Lydia
And you don't need water at all in this recipe? Enough eggs?
Elena Bo
I did it with water, but I had to stir the flour. I think the recipe without water (on some eggs) is better. In sl. once I will do it.

: wow: Well, this is a straight pizza program. Here are just the oven will be able to knead on some eggs, it's hard after all. It will be necessary to try, but at the same time is next to the stove, suddenly she will cry, you will have to save immediately. And the pens are already lazy

Andreevna , if it turns out to knead the dough on some eggs in a bread maker, notify us pliz I myself sit and think, and the stove will not crack from such a tight dough

Whatever CRUCKS HP: I don't have a dumplings mode, but I have perked up on pizza.
try the trail. mixing principle:
In a bucket of HP, break the eggs laid according to the recipe, salt and turn on the HP, when the spatula slightly breaks the egg mixture, slowly add flour and control the quality of the bun, it should be much sturdier than for bread.
This method is convenient because the eggs are different, the flour is different and the moisture content is also different.
Sometimes you need a lot of flour, and sometimes less.

Self-taught baker , it is truth too. On the dumplings mode and try.
Andreevna
Self-taught baker, thanks for the advice and I will use it. And I really thought I’d beat the eggs in a separate bowl, and then pour them into the HP and add flour, but that it’s possible, I didn’t even hit it. Thank you very much.
