Ingredients

Pork neck steaks 6 pcs.
Cheese 200 gr.
Sour cream 200 gr.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. spoons
Garlic 5 teeth
Salt 0.5 tsp
Any spices and herbs taste
Potato 1 kg.

Cooking method

  • Actually, at first I was going to cook on recipe for Mistletoe pork "New Year".
  • But my husband asked to add potatoes, so I had to replay. It turned out very tasty! I decided to share it, suddenly it will come in handy for someone.
  • So, the neck was cut into 2 cm thick steaks and laid on a baking sheet without any oil.
  • Made a sauce with sour cream, garlic, half cheese, mayonnaise and herbs.
  • She put 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sauce for each steak and spread.
  • Cut the potato in half. If large - into 3-4 parts. And in a bowl I mixed it with the remaining sauce.
  • Spread out on a baking sheet between the steaks and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
  • Shake in Omelkin sauce with potatoes
  • At first I baked at 190C, but after 40 minutes I saw that the whole thing was not going to brown. I had to turn on the grill and brown at 210C. So I came to the conclusion that it was necessary to immediately set it to 200C and wait until it turns brown, about 50-60 minutes.

I bake the chicken legs like this, but I mix green apples with the sauce with the potatoes. Mmm ... weigh! True, the sauce is different, it is based on light mayonnaise. And cheese has never been added directly to the sauce before. But I must say that it was for the pork neck that sour cream sauce turned out to be preferable, it is fatty. So sour cream rules!
