  • Pilaf with marinated chicken breasts (multicooker Brand 701)

Time for preparing:

about 45 minutes + marinating meat 0.5-1 hour

Cooking program:

Krupa-3 (pilaf)

Note

The peculiarity of the "Krupa-3 (pilaf)" mode in Brand 701 is that at the end of the mode there is no frying, all the liquid is simply evaporated. So, if you need to fry meat and vegetables, then it is better to do this (zirvak) at the very beginning, before laying the rice.

By the way, in this case the water must be hot !!!

Mannochka, and now you write in Cyrillic?
I would never have guessed to marinate meat instead of preliminary frying. Now I'll try.
Thanks for the recipe!
Do you like the new cartoon?

Check mark, try it with pickled meat. Of course, I myself cannot compare the taste, but in any case, this option is more easily perceived by the body than frying and / or zirvak. And about whether I like the multicooker or not ... I myself have not understood yet. You look into profile topic, I will share my impressions there

Mannochka, a great idea of pickling right in the bowl: the taste of the breast is brighter and the dishes do not need to be washed.
Manna
Yeah, Xun, I do so often. Especially if the pilaf is not needed urgently, but in a couple of hours.

Really cool!!! I will do that too now!
Manna
This is convenient only if you need to marinate for no more than an hour. If you need more, then I marinate in the refrigerator
