Interestingly, will it work in a bread maker on cupcake mode?

Please clarify:

What is the fat content of cottage cheese and cream?

How much baking powder, whole bag?
It looks amazing, I think the taste is no less great.

It seems to me that in a 180-degree oven it should bake without problems.

As I understand it, this is another ingenious variation on the theme of Lola's Curd Cake. Then it is better to take soft cottage cheese, for example, the House in the Village 5.5% or soft dietary cottage cheese. Any fat content can be whatever you like.
If a bag of baking powder 18g goes for 500g of flour, then in this recipe you need 7g of baking powder for 200g of flour - this is 1/2 teaspoon of HP.
The recipe is wonderful, I have already added it to my "notebook". Canned peaches are probably fine here.
But I'm afraid that such a tender soufflé pie won't work in the oven, although I could, of course, be wrong. Try it.
GruSha, thanks for the recipe! I will definitely bake it soon.

I tried to make this pie. While deciding, canned peaches were eaten by the household, but remained :) cons. pineapples, and decided to use them for the layer.
When kneading the dough, flour needs a little less than 200 grams, I measured it on the scales and then I had to add another 2 - 3 tbsp. l. milk to knead.
I took cottage cheese as in the photo, one pack, and the cream was 33% rather thick, so I added the whole pack of 200 ml. Semolina decided not to throw, but starch - 2 full tbsp. l. I also added more sugar to the curd mixture - 5 tbsp. l.
Having already installed the form in a multicooker, I decided to sketch on top of frozen lingonberries. Interestingly, they did not drown in the curd mass when baking.

As a result, it turned out very beautifully, tender and such a spicy taste - sweet pineapples and sour lingonberries. True, the cake has shrunk a little, because. cooled in a closed multicooker all night. The only thing that I will replace next time is a smaller dough down, well, I will change the fillings for a change.

Thanks for the recipe!

I also baked this cake today. It turned out well, only I had fresh peaches, but some "left" ones, not sweet or sour, absolutely tasteless. So I got a curd pie. And another question, how to remove baked goods from the multicooker? Well, this cake is dense, but if it is a very tender dough? The photo is not loaded for some reason.

Cut off two long ribbons about 10 cm wide from baking paper. Put them on the bottom of the multicooker. Pour the dough so that the tails of the ribbons stick out at the sides. Then it is convenient to pull out these tails.

And if you take out something like a juicy vegetable casserole or lasagne, then it is convenient to use a baking sleeve. Spread the baking sleeve, torn along the seam, with cut corners, at the bottom of the saucepan, grabbing the walls to the top. We lay out what you need on it. After cooking, grabbing the edges of the sleeve, we take it out on a plate ...

Gulsine And I’m with a report. I baked a pie with canned peaches, they gave a lot of juice, it even poured out when shifting and soaked the cake. Probably better to use something drier. I liked the cake. Next time I will put a couple of tablespoons of sugar in the curd cream (depending on the sweetness of the berries), put the berries on top and try to make less dough by about 5 parts. Thanks for the delicious curd cake
