  • 12. Serve meatballs with sauce.
  • Meatballs are delicious with green onions and bell peppers, dipping rye bread into the sauce. But, of course, you can serve it with a side dish of cereals and potatoes.
  • Bon Appetit.

The dish is designed for

3-4 servings

Note

Any greens (dill, parsley, green onions and even garlic arrows) can be added to the minced meat. In the summer at the dacha, I do just that.

And can you use flakes that are not quick cooking, but those that cook for 15 minutes? Can the time increase?
Shelena
Ledy-ly, sure you may.
Here are the options that come to mind:
- flakes can be chopped (blender / meat grinder / combine / coffee grinder, etc.);
- let the minced meat with rolled oats stand for a while (to swell);
- increase the cooking time by 3 minutes.
Choose any option.
Delicious food!
