Ingredients

warm water 400 ml
sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
salt 1 teaspoon
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
wheat flour 480 g
Rye flour 120 g
powdered milk (without it) 1 tbsp. the spoon
table vinegar 9% 1 teaspoon
dry yeast 0.5 tbsp. spoons
You can add dried basil, sweet paprika if desired

Cooking method

  • Pour 400 ml warm water into a bucket, pour 2 tbsp into the water. tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of 9% table vinegar, I put 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt. We fall asleep 600 gr. flour (480 gr. wheat + 120 gr. rye), BUT IT IS POSSIBLE AND ONLY WHEAT -600 gr., pour yeast -0.5 tbsp. spoons and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk powder (but you can also without it).
  • Sometimes I add dried basil, dried paprika.
  • We put the bucket in the bread maker and set the "basic" program, my bread machine has the "Russian cook" mode -3 hours 30 minutes. I often bake with a timer.
