Cooking method

  • Rinse the chicken fillet. Mix sour cream, mustard, salt, coriander, cumin, dill seed. In this sauce, coat the fillets and marinate in the refrigerator for approx. 3-5 hours.

  • Fry the fillets on both sides on the "Fry-3 (meat)" setting. It took me 7 minutes. Leave the bowl to cool slightly.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Chop the herbs and garlic. Combine onion, herbs, garlic and cream. The sauce is ready.

Thank you. I only marinated in this sauce and fried it, stewed it in creamy sauce. And I made the sauce for pickling not liquid, so that you could then fry it with meat.

Melisa, I cooked similar breasts today at 37501. Fried on the "Fry-Fish" with the lid closed. To us, in my opinion, it is more convenient than on "Zharka-Meat" when open - there is absolutely no splash. Stewed on "Milk Porridge". So everything is checked
