Milk noodle soup with omelet

Ingredients

eggs 2-3pcs
milk 200-250ml
salt
milk for noodles
noodle dough
Wheat flour 200 grams
Eggs 2 pcs
Olive oil 1 tsp
salt pinch

  • I cut the noodles with the KM Kenwood nozzle (but this is not necessary)
  • Before cooking, the noodles must be sifted and you can also scald with boiling water, put on a sieve and let the water drain.
  • Transfer the noodles to hot milk, add a little salt and bring to a boil. Boil for a couple of minutes and remove from heat
  • I'm making an omelet at the same time
  • Beat eggs and milk lightly with a fork or whisk in a small bowl. Salt.
  • Place the skillet over medium heat and let it warm up (you can add a little oil) and add the eggs. Cover and cook for approx 5 minutes.
  • We serve everything together :)

Note

It is in this version that I love milk soup. I don't like sweet milk soups since childhood. Children also really like it, sweet and don't ask!
The most important thing is that my mother prepared this soup for us.
