Ingredients

flour 260 gram
baking powder 10 grams

Cooking method

  • The ingredients for the dough are simply mixed in a bowl, you do not need to beat anything. Dough, thick as pancakes. I am writing this to the fact that everyone has different flour. If the dough is thinner, then it will take longer to bake and the filling will be less pronounced, slightly sinking in it.
  • On the poured dough, pour the coconut flakes, previously mixed in a dry bowl, sugar and, if you like, vanillin.
  • We put in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When you see that the shavings have begun to slightly change color, cover the top of the mold. If you don't have top heating, then you don't have to.
  • We check the readiness of the cake with a skewer. If it is dry, then we take the cake out of the oven and pour cream over the entire surface. We leave the cake to cool and that's it, you can enjoy the taste.
