Cheese 100 g
Sour cream 2st. l.

Basil 2-3 twigs

Sauce:
Apples 2 pcs.
Rosemary 1 branch
Honey 20 g
Butter 20 g
Rose pepper 2 g
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • The first thing to start cooking a turkey is by trying on a reclining place.)) Take a baking sheet and put the bird:

  • Pass the garlic through a press, add oil, herbs, salt, pepper, mix.

  • Take a large bag and tie the tray with the bird. Leave to marinate in the cold for 12-24 hours.

  • Cut the cheese and pineapples into cubes. Peel the garlic, but do not chop it. Finely chop the basil, season, add sour cream, mix.

  • Fill the turkey with the filling. This time I didn't sew up the hole, but just creaked with a toothpick. This is enough to keep the filling from falling out.

  • Next, put the turkey in a baking bag. This time, I put a grate under it so that the fat would drain down. Be sure to pierce the film with a toothpick in several places for steam to escape. If this is not done, the bag may explode if heated.

  • Preheat the oven to 250C.
  • Bake the turkey at 250C for 30 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180C and bake it depending on the size of the bird (on average, the calculation of such 1kg of poultry is 1 hour of baking). I got 3 hours, that is, the total baking time was 3.5 hours.
  • Next, carefully cut the film, increase the temperature to 200C and bake, pouring juice every 5 minutes for 309 minutes. I omitted this item because my turkey is completely browned under the film.
  • For the sauce, peel the apples, cut into cubes. Place in a vacuum bag, add honey, oil, rosemary, rose pepper, salt. Evacuate.
  • Cook on the "sous vide" principle at 85C for 30 minutes. I cooked in CUKOO1054 using the Multi-Cook mode.
  • Beat the finished apples with a blender. I removed the rosemary sprig first.
  • Serve with the turkey.
