Press cookies "Lakomka" (collection of recipes)

Lemon cookies
100gr. softened margarine (butter), 50g. sugar, grated zest of one lemon, 1 tsp. baking powder, 150g. flour.
Grind the butter with sugar, add the zest and flour with baking powder. We knead a very plastic dough, if we overdo it in the refrigerator, it will crumble. It bakes very quickly.
Orange cookies
Substitute lemon zest for orange zest.
Chocolate cookies
We replace the zest with 1 tbsp. l. cocoa powder.
Coffee biscuits and Vanilla I think everyone has already guessed ...

And I start the cookie dough in the bread maker in the dumplings dough mode. It turns out great, and it seems even tastier and more crumbly than by hand. But I keep margarine at room temperature overnight

An interesting thought, especially for my laziness. Just the last time I baked these cookies back when I did not have HP

To everyone who opens new topics - huge merci !!!!
Indeed - such a press has been lying for a long time, I have already forgotten about it
And I went to the forum - in the evening a slide of cookies is already ready!
Super!!

Celestine , if your kid loves cookies, try to bake this, he might like it. The recipe is very simple and the cookies are amazing.

Delicate crumbly cookies

250 g margarine, grate
1 tbsp. l. lard
100 g of water
1 tbsp. l. vinegar
flour - how much the dough will take.

Knead the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll out, cut out a circle with a glass, and there is another small one in it (I cut it out with a plastic champagne lid). You should get a wheel with a hole.
Bake in the oven and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Later I will try to squeeze this dough through a syringe, but I have been baking these cookies for a very long time, as I described.

And I want the same syringe! I want beautiful cookies !!!!!!!!!! And then all with a spoon and a meat grinder! Give beauty !!!!!!! I ran to look!

wow, thanks for the recipes!
I love to try everything. Tomorrow night I will probably do it as usual. Recipes that I see - I try, thank God, not everything turns out to be the beginning - otherwise I almost got proud))) Either loaf-crocodile, then cake - "breakfast varone"
I'll try cookies as well. mine chewed the sorceress in half a day ... And also my parents are called
My parents will be tortured with cookies tomorrow.

I'm here on a tip from the topic Useful kitchen tools.

So how should the dough separate itself?
I can't do it either. The instructions say that you need to put it in the refrigerator so that it does not flow and does not lose shape. I put it and that ... while I am tormented and angry with myself without hands

PUTTER in the refrigerator is necessary so that the butter does not melt. Moreover, you can immediately start molding the first batch on baking sheets from a syringe, and put the rest of the dough in the refrigerator while you are making the first batch.

Oh, girls, you gave me an idea for entertainment! I have long wanted to start making cookies for the child myself, but I wanted it to be more interesting and not very large. And all the grooves that I came across were of a more "gingerbread" format, I could not find small ones. And here is such a wonderful topic! In general, a huge mercibo !! I just pulled out my first stars, made it according to the first recipe, but without cocoa - so that the baby could be given.

I squeezed out with a simple plastic syringe for 200r with 6 interchangeable nozzles, but decided to start training only on the 1st (an asterisk like kurabieshki). It seems that in the end I adapted, although I will (most likely) ask for a "cool" one with a piston on March 8.

The most difficult thing for me was to press evenly, so that they turned out to be the same and that the pressing force was constant. I pressed immediately on the baking paper, something stuck normally, and what did not stick, I adapted to shoot like this (maybe it will be useful for someone): either gently, without tearing the cookie from the sheet, twist the syringe, or raise the syringe along with the cookie and gently chatting to them - then the cookies easily fell off (either on a sheet at once, or on your hand, and then carefully put them), if they turned out to be too high - I just flattened them with my finger on top, although it was possible not to flatten them, probably - they all the same then they themselves spread out more.

Have not tried it yet, it looks like nothing happened.

I understand, but a 1.5 year old child does not want to give mayonnaise
So do the mayonnaise-free option! Perfect shortbread dough is made from just butter, sugar and flour with an egg.

I make according to this recipe - a pack of butter, half a glass of sugar, an egg, 2 glasses of flour. I have been doing this to my daughter for a very long time. you can have less sugar, if you want, you can add cocoa or coffee, then it will be like chocolate. The most important thing is not to knead too much, literally knead with a fork, and then collect it with your hand into a lump. Or on the combine (if any). From long kneading (especially - by hand) it is noticeably "heavier" and ceases to be so crumbly.

so I want to use a syringe, but the usual recipe does not separate cookies, I want something more beautiful. I put fructose instead of sugar
Ernimel
So I do it with a syringe. I have "Dr. Yetker", they sit well, keep their shape well and in general. They mixed it up, put it into a syringe (or as my kid calls it "a gun for cookies") and shoved it onto a protrusion (DO NOT grease a dish!) Or on a silicone mat. I just don't know - how fructose behaves in the dough, and how to count ordinary sugar on it - I also don't know, honestly.

Hello girls! Something my muSchinki fed up with cakes, pies, and muffins, and they asked (mostly son) cookies. I leafed through the whole Temka and found several attractive recipes and started ... I bake almost every day, but it is eaten almost on the very first day. For example, yesterday I baked kurabye - it turned out to be harsh (apparently, I overexposed it), but it was very tasty and ate right away, and today I baked "homemade" - it turned out soooo much that my were made, now I think it's enough for a couple of days but I really enjoyed playing around, especially with the press, so beautiful and different! So, THANK YOU ALL FOR THE COOKIES and for the wonderful Temko!
Aylen
Well, not a forum, but a find !!!! Wherever you go - EVERYTHING SHOULD be bought or cooked! Thank you!
Having discovered this topic, I remembered that I also have a press "Lakomka" (my mother-in-law gave up her long ago).

It turned out 85 pieces.

Next time I'll do it in this press according to a different recipe (I did it according to the instructions, recipe number 3, it's very fatty for me). Mom made these cookies often. From the book "The Book about a Tasty and Healthy Life" - Homemade cookies, scrolled through a meat grinder:

At 3 st. flour:
2-3 eggs,
250g sl. oils,
1-1 1/4 tbsp. Sahara,
1/2 tsp salt,
1/2 vanillin powder,
soda.

Grind eggs with sugar until white, add softened butter, baking soda, vanillin, mix and, adding flour, knead a tough dough.
Vkusnooooooo !!!!!

Hurrah! I bought a syringe where I didn't expect at all. In the section with bucket-basins, there was an inconspicuous, unique and inimitable in the corner of the showcase. 0 cookie attachments and 4 cream attachments. I bought it immediately. Ravda was worried that it would suddenly turn out badly, but everything worked out at once. Only next time I will make the dough a little steeper so that it spreads less and keeps its shape better. She baked it almost until midnight, from morning to evening the lights were turned off. So I went to bed, but I can't go to sleep - the smell is breathtaking. And so I lay there, wondering why .... The ingredients are ordinary.

I, too, did not manage to put on a baking sheet 3 times, it did not stick, then I made it according to the recipe that came with the press (I have a Dr. Oethker plastic press), and everything worked out!

Here is the recipe (I made half a serving, it turned out 2 trays):

powdered sugar (I took raw sugar) - 250 gr
corn starch - 125 gr
salt - a pinch
oil - 300 gr
milk - 200 ml
flour - 500 gr
the recipe also contains 1 packet of Dr. Oethker lemon zest (like this 🔗) but I didn’t add ...

First, mix the sugar with starch, salt and butter until smooth.
Then add milk and mix.
Add flour at the end.

All. Choose a nozzle, put the dough in a press and squeeze it out onto a dry, cold baking sheet.
Everything sticks fine

Accept the virgin report: 🔗 it turned out sooo tasty cookies, and the most important thing is that there are no problems with a rolling pin, otherwise my dough by the end of making it with molds just takes on a stone look and this thing called a press I had for 10 years, and I didn't even know what it was used for biscuits
valushka-s
oh, what beautiful cookies!
I should also look for such a press, I don't even remember where I saw it at home, but I often used it before!
specially bought, instead of a simple pastry syringe.
will have to master again "new is well forgotten old!"
before, I often baked cookies, but now, for some reason, very rarely. need to be corrected!

I also bought a Marcato Biscuits syringe. Nothing worked yesterday, but today it worked, though not very beautiful, but they are the first:

The main thing is that I learned how to deposit the dough on a baking sheet. Thanks everyone for the tips on using the press and making the dough. After reading Temko, watching the video and drawing conclusions, today I kneaded the dough (very little, once in a syringe) and began to put it on a baking sheet and it all worked.

Maria, Congratulations on your purchase and on your first cookie!
You can find out where you bought the syringe, how much it costs and he has a nozzle for verbs.

Thank you, Victoria. I bought it for 380 rubles, it is Chinese, but well made and looks like Italian. It will work for me for now, because Italian is very expensive. I bought it at a hardware store, I accidentally saw it (he was not in sight, but in a corner, modestly, and whoever does not know about him, he is unlikely to pay attention, so we need to look for them in small households) there were only 2. Second followed by bought, having learned how I was interested in them. To the press there are 10 different round plates with holes and 4 more nozzles for cream, these are:

I also made such cookies. Thank you Temka for reminding me of the "Lakomka" syringe. He lay idle for more than 20 years.
Made on dough with mayonnaise. I noticed a big difference between cooked a long time ago and now.Not so crumbly came out and did not want to fall out on a baking sheet with all forms. I guess the reason is the quality of store mayonnaise.
