As a rule, in all CPs it is recommended to use dry yeast only because of the "speed" of making bread, BUT, it is quite possible to make a dough and then set the desired program. For those extra 30-45-60 minutes while the temperature is being equalized, the yeast in the dough is already starting to work!

I bake only with fresh pressed yeast. I use dry very rarely, only when there are no fresh ones and I am too lazy to go to the store.
I just put the yeast on the bottom of the bucket, under the flour. And that's it! No zomorochki. The bread is always delicious and beautiful. I have a Panasonic 2500. And I am very happy with my stove.
In Belarus, this is Minsk or Oshmyany yeast.
