Pork in soy sauce (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

Pork 550 g
For the marinade:
Pork seasoning 1.5 tsp.
Soy sauce 150 ml
Water 75-100 ml
Vegetable oil 100 ml

Cooking method

  • This recipe is interesting because the meat can be marinated for up to 2 days in the cold. (It does not even need to be turned over.) During this time, it is perfectly salted. After cooking, it turns out very tasty and juicy.
  • You can take any part of the pork carcass: brisket, ham, neck. It turns out equally tasty.
  • Try to cook. It's very simple.
  • Preparation.
  • 1. Sprinkle the brisket (neck, ham) with seasoning, set aside.
  • Pork in soy sauce (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)
  • Make marinade:
  • Combine soy sauce, water, and vegetable oil.
  • 2. Pour the marinade over the pork. (It should be completely covered. To do this, take a deep container with a small bottom diameter or make more marinade.)
  • The meat can be marinated in the refrigerator from 12 hours to 2 days.
  • Baking.
  • 1. Remove the meat from the marinade and place it in the saucepan of the pressure cooker.
  • 2. Add 2 tbsp. l. marinade for pressure gain.
  • 3. Cook on the "Slow cooker" program 50 minutes at a pressure of 2.
  • 4. After the ready signal leave on "Heating" for 15-20 minutes.
  • 5. Take out. Cool it down. Cut into slices.
  • 6. Serve garnished as desired.
  • Pork in soy sauce (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)
  • The released sauce can be drained and served with the meat.
  • Or you can thicken it: dilute 1-1.5 tbsp in a small amount of water. l. flour, pour into the sauce, boil on the "Warm up" program (do not close the valve).

The dish is designed for

4-5 servings

Cooking program:

Slow cooker

Note

I always dilute soy sauce for marinade with water. So the meat is not too salty.
I slightly reduce the amount of vegetable oil if the meat is fat.
That is, you can customize the marinade to your taste.

Bon Appetit!
