Ingredients

Cooking method

  • On the "Fast" mode (15 minutes) I fry. Quite a little vegetable oil, onions, carrots grated on a coarse grater - mix all this and close the lid. After 10 minutes I add the mushrooms and close the lid again. I had a homemade tomato with bolkar pepper (winter twist) - added a couple of tablespoons.
  • Then I put the washed green lentils (you don't need to soak beforehand!), Potatoes (chop coarsely). I pour boiling water up to level 4. I set the "Soup" mode for an hour and forget. About 15 minutes before cooking, add sauerkraut. I love sour soup, so I don't put fresh cabbage. For those who like less sour soup, you can add fresh cabbage. Who does not like sour soup - throw in fresh cabbage. All.
  • It turns out very tasty and satisfying. By the way, potatoes are not boiled.
  • And further. If you don't have time to open and close the lid, then after frying, feel free to throw everything away, close the lid, set the "Soup" program and ... go for a walk. Everything will turn out very well anyway.
