Ingredients

Pork chops 4 things.
Breadcrumbs 45 gr.
Olives 50 gr.
Parsley (I have dill) taste.
Dijon mustard (took French) 1 tbsp. l.
Salt taste.
Pepper taste.
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Fight off the pork. Chop the olives, put in a cup, add breadcrumbs, finely chopped herbs, mustard, salt, pepper, 1 - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

  • Breaded pork in this mixture, slightly roll in breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven on oiled parchment at 200 C for 20-25 minutes until tender.

We really liked the juicy chops with salted olives.
Only heavily roll in breadcrumbs is not necessary, otherwise some of the breadcrumbs will not be saturated with juice and remain on the meat.
