Ingredients

Sifted wheat flour 500 g (3 3/4 h.)
Buckwheat made 120 g
Water 60 ° С 310 ml
Water 22 ° С 100 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Baking powder 10 g
Sunflower seed for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Pour the yeast into a mold, sift the flour mixed with baking powder, salt, sugar, butter.
  • Pour buckwheat into a tall glass and fill it with warm water, leave it to swell for 20-30 minutes (the porridge should become soft, with a temperature not higher than + 40 ° C)
  • Pour the swollen group into a mold, add tap water.

Cooking program:

BAKE RAPID (quick bake), XL size

Someone's recipe for buckwheat bread from this forum was taken as a basis, but in order to reduce the cost, an inexpensive buckwheat was taken instead of expensive buckwheat flour
