Wheat flour 200 BC
Wheat bran 50 g
Flaxseed flour 40 g
Honey 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Dry yeast 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Kefir with honey dissolved in it is poured into the mold, oil is added, dry kvass is mixed with a couple of tablespoons of warm water and poured out, then dry ingredients are added. Place the yeast on top, close the lid, set the first program - the main mode. We don’t bother the stove during operation, we don’t slam the lid - it will cope by itself. In three hours - please eat!

I baked it, pulled it out, put it to cool, took a picture ... while writing this opus, the child diminished half a loaf. I feel my wife won't get anything in the evening
