Roasted potatoes with rosemary

Ingredients

potatoes (not friable varieties) 10-12 pcs
fresh rosemary 2 twigs
salt pepper
garlic 1/2 head
olive oil 3-4 tbsp
wine vinegar 1 tbsp

Cooking method

  • The recipe I spied on in Jamie Oliver's program.
  • Peel and boil the potatoes after boiling for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and transfer it to a baking dish, greased with olive oil, salt and pepper. Send in an oven preheated to 190 C for 30 minutes. While the potatoes are baking, combine the leaves of fresh rosemary (I had 2 branches), garlic (do not cut the wedges), olive oil and vinegar.   • After 30 minutes, crush the potatoes lightly with a crush, but do not knead (flatten)

  • While the potatoes were baking, the aroma was breathtaking. In general, I have a restrained attitude towards strong aromas. But, this potato turned out just super! The aroma of garlic and rosemary was barely perceptible, apparently due to the fact that the potato itself was already covered with a crust at the time of smearing and therefore did not absorb the odors much. A crispy, aromatic crust on the outside and a soft center, just super.
