Pancakes with green buckwheat flour and chocolate sauce

Ingredients

buckwheat flour 60 g
whole grain wheat flour 65 g
baking powder 1 tsp
soda 0.5 tsp
salt pinch
ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp
eggs 2
milk 180 ml
sugar 1-2 tbsp. l
Chocolate sauce
cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l.
milk 2-3 st. l.
maple syrup (or liquid honey) 1 tbsp. l.
coconut oil (or butter) 0.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

Combine all dry pancake ingredients in a separate bowl.
Beat eggs with milk separately, combine everything with a mixer.
Bake in a preheated pancake maker or in a frying pan, thinly greased with vegetable oil.

Making the sauce

In a small saucepan, combine the cocoa powder, milk, maple syrup (or honey), and butter.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the lumps disappear and the oil is completely dissolved.
The proportions of the sauce can be safely increased several times.
I really love the combination of oranges with chocolate, so I served pancakes with chopped oranges, slightly stewed in a pan with ginger and coconut (brown) sugar.
