Multicooker Liberty MC-930

ElenkaBM
Hello everybody! So my long period of choosing my saucepan is over, I settled on Liberty mc930, in a couple of days this beauty will come to me, I will start getting to know her better :)
In the meantime, I wanted to add a couple of her distinctive new products to the description:
1.there is a shutdown of auto-heating before the start
cooking (this is convenient)
2. there is a sound signal and a countdown timer in the Pasta mode, i.e.
you can put some water, and when it boils, the signal beeps and you can then
throw pasta or dumplings, setting how much time they need to cook,
ElenkaBM

mprocenko
Hello, today my husband will also bring me such a miracle. Have you tried cooking yet?
ElenkaBM
mprocenko, Hello! Unfortunately I haven't received it yet: (Please tell us your impressions! :)))
ElenkaBM
Today I received my beauty. Outwardly, it turned out to be smaller than I expected.
The control menu is simple, understandable to me personally.
There was no smell, but the cooking / steam was boiled anyway. Time was chosen 5 minutes. For 2 minutes there was nothing, no sign of work at all, even the dots did not blink on the timer, then steam poured out of the valve and increased for half a minute, after which the dividing points (between hours and minutes) blinked and the countdown began.
ElenkaBM
Throw, please, a link on how to expose a photo.
ElenkaBM
Testing the "extinguishing" mode
She made stewed cabbage.
I chopped the cabbage, poured the dressing (I have 0.5 jars canned), salt and pepper and the default mode is 1 hour, 105 * C. In 15 min. opened the lid to stir, the cabbage was absolutely raw, nothing gurgled. I interfered, closed and waited for the end of the program. At the end, the cabbage was raw, only slightly softer, and a lot of liquid. Stir and set "frying" by default, after the end of the cycle, again to fry. The cabbage turned out to be very tasty, but it takes longer to stew and the temperature is higher.
As for me, the mode is soft, that is, delicate.
ElenkaBM
Today I baked a coffee manna in the "baking" mode, the default time and temperature. The result is great !!! :)))
ElenkaBM
"we continue the conversation": -

Mode "yogurt" - pasteurized milk (I also tried homemade milk) + 3 tbsp. l. yogurt or shop sour cream - 2 hours, then in the cold. For 2 hours, everything is set, the serum does not leave. I still pour water into a saucepan, as they teach here on the forum :-) I set the temperature to 40 *, measured it with a gas meter - it overheats to 42 *, but everything works out. You can also change and put 35 *, not tried.

Rice / buckwheat mode
1) cooked rice with vegetables: for "frying" I fried frozen vegetables with the lid closed for 10 minutes, added washed rice and water 1: 2.5 (I like it more, more cooked), added spices for pilaf, salt. Prog. default. After 30min. it was ready, there was no liquid, the rice was not fried.
Multicooker Liberty MC-930
2) cooked buckwheat 1: 2.5, as I cook on the stove, salt and oil, the prog. default. The result is off. after 30 minutes, but there was still liquid at the bottom, closed it, let it stand and after 5 minutes. there was no liquid at the bottom, but buckwheat was harder than on the stove :-(
ElenkaBM
Mode "milk porridge" - no one eats that, so I cooked mushroom soup on it.Frying on "frying" with the lid open, put all the ingredients, salt and program. default. At first it boiled, and then it died down, there was 2.5 liters of soup. At the end of the program. everything was ready, it didn't reach the lid when it boiled. :-)
ElenkaBM
I cooked fish for prog. "Fish / vegetables"
1) a piece of chum salmon (salmon type), on one side there was a skin with scales, rubbed the meat with salt and spices, smeared with mayonnaise and sprinkled with dill (you can still use cheese), put lemon slices next to the piece in a saucepan, did not put any butter. Prog. by default - the result is more juicy than in the foil in the oven! :-) there the juice flows in broth around and the fish is drier, but here it remains in the fish, although there was also juice around.

ElenkaBM
I also fried mullet in the "frying" program. default. Salted and rubbed with spices, folded in one layer, closed the lid, in 5 minutes. I opened it to the end and turned it over, closed it again. The fish was golden brown but juicy.
ElenkaBM
P.S. I also chose a multicooker for my mother as a gift, considered different options, but after I used my own, I decided to take the same:
-The price in the online store, where I took 700 UAH, did not meet below
-Spare pots are there for 160 UAH. (I decided to buy myself a separate one for baking)
-The menu is simple and you can adjust it for yourself (this was a decisive argument that I can tell if mom has any questions)
ElenkaBM
A simple sponge cake for 4 eggs, "baked" by default.

ElenkaBM, excellent report and photo.

Please tell me who knows what kind of device in the last two photos!
ElenkaBM
Mode "languor" prog. by default.
1) I made fish (mullet) in tomato sauce, the fish turned out to be sooo tender, tasty, BUT the bones are not soft (3 hours!). It's okay, I didn't like that the temperature sensor showed 100 * instead of 100 * -95 * 90 * for 3 hours.
2) decided to find out, maybe it is necessary, to try to cook baked milk for the second. 1 liter of milk, steamer basket for prevention of escape and progr. 3 hours. It turned out that the basket is very useful! For the first 30 minutes, the milk boiled 5-6 times, reaching the basket (I'm afraid to think what would happen with 3 liters of milk, as indicated in the recipe)! Then it boiled a couple more times, but calmer.
To be continued...
ElenkaBM
The second hour of "languor" has gone: there is a mark of 100 * on the sensor (I am very glad that everything is in order with my first one, it can be seen that it shows the primary temp.); boiling became quiet, without a column of steam, and I decided to leave it to cook myself, and I will go to rest. The result will be in the morning. and photo. (I turned off the heating function)
ElenkaBM
Multicooker Liberty MC-930 the smell is indescribable, but the amount has decreased by half.

This is a steam outlet valve. And as it is shown in the photo, you can wash it, assemble it and insert it into place.
ElenkaBM
So it's not a drip tray? A small amount of condensation collects there, but there is still
lyudo4ka
No, this is not a drip tray. In MV, they are not of a similar design, all condensate, when the lid is opened, falls on the side, around the bowl and it can be removed using a paper or regular towel.
Yes, and of course there will be condensation on the lid, since this model does not have 3D heating (and in those models where it is, they say that it only works on baked goods so that condensation does not get on it).
ElenkaBM
Thank you for explaining: Since I thought of such a complex construction, something important, this model indicates 3D heating, but condensation does not accumulate, indeed, only on baked goods, that is, "baking".
ElenkaBM
I cooked on "baking" (so as not to drip condensate) temp. 130 *, time 10 min. omelet for 4 eggs. I was not happy with the result, at first it rose high, but fell when the lid was opened. But this is not so important for me, there was no liquid at all, the consistency is dense, the children did not like it.

Rice with vegetables.
Yesterday evening, they put biscuits in 2 saucepans at the same time, my husband looked at the e-mail consumption on the counter. energy 0.3 kW / h

Before buying the first MB, I was also worried about the consumption of email. energy - it turns out in vain
ElenkaBM
Potatoes with green beans.
Sunflower oil. + butter, potatoes, green beans, sour cream, salt, ground pepper, garlic. All folded, mixed, on the "frying" mode by default. Mixed in the process. After finishing, re-frying, stirring again. It turned out delicious. Next time I will try on "bake".

Wheat porridge. Milk porridge mode by default. I washed 2 multi-glasses of cereal well with cold water, added 4 multi-glasses of water, salted, 2 hours. l. sunflower. oils. 5-10 minutes after the start, I collected the foam. Everyone liked it :)

Buckwheat. I decided to try another mode. Selected express mode by default.
The proportions, as they like in our family, are 1: 2.5. That is, 2 multi-glasses of buckwheat, 5 multi-glasses of water, salt, butter.
ElenkaBM
She turned off the porridge after 20 minutes. All the liquid has boiled away. Again, not what I wanted. In places it is hard, although everything is ready and tasty. Multicooker Liberty MC-930

Pizza "from what it was".
Sour dough (if you are interested, I can share the recipe), mayonnaise with ketchup (I had an open adjika) in a 1: 1 ratio, mix and spread the dough, on top - the filling (in my case, there was homemade feta cheese with herbs and garlic grated and pickled cucumbers with rings). Baking mode temp. by default, time is 30 min.

I set the temperature to 40 *, measured it with a thermometer - it overheats to 42 *, but everything works out. You can also change and put 35 *, not tried.

It turns out that yogurt can be made at two temperatures of 35 and 40 degrees?
ElenkaBM
Yes, at 35 * and 40 * C, and from time to 2 hours. until 12:00
mary_kyiv
Thank you. It's great that it has two modes, which means that kefir can be made. Kefir bacteria need a lower fermentation temperature than yoghurt.

There are also spare pots for 160 UAH.
And what is the online store in which the pots are spare? Did you buy a cartoon and a spare tire there?

And what's the saucepan in it? Could you please measure it. height, inner diameter and outer. And if it's not difficult to photograph what the saucepan itself looks like. and I also wonder if the material is different from the spare wheel and from the native pan.

---------------------
I have a liberty pressure cooker. for a year and a half. Great job. ugh ugh. I have never failed. Now I'm looking after another cartoon. and here and liberty, and yogurt makes. Hopefully my scallop pot might work as well.

Hopefully, maybe my scallop pot will work too.
Unfortunately, pressure cooker pots do not fit the MV, they have different rims.
ElenkaBM
Yes, the Liberty multicooker and pressure cooker pots are different. But all the bowls of the latest multicooker models Liberty 930, 901,905,950 are the same. The one that came in the configuration and the spare are absolutely identical, inside and out.
I bought from tehmag. com. ua (without spaces), but now there is a spare wheel for 233 UAH, and a multicooker is 972 UAH (depends on the $ exchange rate). This store had the lowest prices that I found when I was buying, and I found it through a seller in the kidstaff.
In general, I am sooo happy with the multicooker, we make yogurt constantly, always excellent. I myself did not expect that I would like to fry potatoes in it :-)
mary_kyiv
Thanks for the clarification. I, too, in this internet store bought a spare tire for the pressure cooker. I have a better spare wheel than my own saucepan. More precisely, it is better for me to bake in it, as they are both very intensively used, but there are no scratches or damages yet.

I also wanted to clarify
1.there is a shutdown of auto-heating before the start
cooking (it is convenient
How does it work? When turned on, the multicooker immediately switches to heating mode.
You write that heating is for 15 minutes. Is it possible to turn on the heating for a longer time. well there for an hour for example?

And is it possible to cook dumplings-dumplings in the pasta mode. Doesn't the water run away?
ElenkaBM
If you want to switch off the automatic heating after the end of cooking, simply press the "start / automatic heating" button again. If you change your mind, press "start" again and this can be done as many times as your opinion about auto-heating will change. :-) You can find out about the state of auto-heating by the picture: "saucepan with steam" - on, "saucepan without steam "- off.
15 min. - this is to warm up the previously prepared, the "cancel / heat" button - you can change the timer from 5 min. up to 3.55 min.
I don’t know how many hours the auto heating is, I haven’t tried it. :-)
ElenkaBM
Paste mode
I tried it just a few days ago, there is a "+":
-signal will notify when the water is boiling
-signal notifies again (I made it up to 4 times) after 1 min. (30 sec., didn’t count) until you add the missing ingredients (I cooked spaghetti and dumplings) and press the "start" button. Then the countdown will start.
"-" one - it is inconvenient to take out a saucepan to drain the pasta.
From time to time I opened and stirred. Once I put the spaghetti on top of the steamer basket, otherwise they began to "spit" through the valve (but there were a lot of them, almost 1 kg.). Dumplings, if there are a lot, I immediately lay down that this was not. In general, I no longer cook dumplings on the stove, in a mule they are whole and ready.
