Ingredients

Plums (frozen) 300 g
Sugar 100 g
Vodka 0.5 liter
Water 100 ml

Cooking method

  • Put sugar in a multicooker bowl, add water, mix, put plums there. On the Heating program, bring to a boil, switch to Heating (keeping warm). Pour vodka into a bowl, stir, close the multicooker and leave on the Heat for 12 hours. Then let the resulting mass cool, then strain through a sieve and filter.

I am at a loss to answer about the strength, most likely the alcoholometer will not show us correctly. But the drink is not very strong, quite feminine, apparently the alcohol partially evaporates during infusion. The next time I want to try adding sugar, because plums are quite sour, and "sneaks" more from the sourness than from the strength of the drink. If you want, add a little more water, but not much, 50-100 milliliters.
