Ingredients

Sausage, sausages, smoked meat, etc. about 500 g
Large onion 2 pcs.
Pickles 3-4 pcs.
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l. with a hill
Potato 6-8 pcs.
Pitted olives 1 can

Cooking method

  • On the "Roasting" mode, fry the onion, cut into small cubes. Add pickled cucumbers cut into cubes there, fry everything together. At the end, add tomato paste, mix everything, turn off the multicooker, cover with a lid and let it stew a little and at the same time the multicooker will cool down a little. At this time, we cut potatoes, meat products (for meat products, see the note), olives into rings. If you cook a hodgepodge in a non-stick bowl, boil water separately.
  • We put all the products in a bowl next to the onion with cucumbers, fill it with water (cold or heated), pour the juice from olives and about half a glass of pickle from cucumbers there. Add salt to taste. My volume turned out to be higher than the upper mark. Close the lid, "Soup" mode for 5 minutes. My pressure dropped on my own.
  • Pour soup into a plate, put mayonnaise (to taste), put a circle of lemon.

I will tell you separately about meat products. It can be raw meat, sausage, smoked meat, sausages, any meat products in an assortment of at least 3 types. An excellent option just for "after the holidays", when the slicing seems to have not deteriorated yet, but you will not eat anymore, and it is a pity to throw it away. This is all and goes to the hodgepodge. This time I began to cook it, because my cucumbers in the jar began to acidify

I pour in a plate, a dessert spoon (half quail mayonnaise and sour cream) "cream", a little greenery and black pepper on top. In an ice pack 50 grams.
