How interesting! Today we also ate spaghetti with pesto sauce, but I didn't think of making them out of zucchini! In the summer I will experiment!

An interesting and dietary recipe. What kind of grater do you have in the photo?
Diana
Well, you are big-eyed, but I put it in the bookmarks, but I didn't see the grater. So, it's also very interesting, can we do this too?
Lisichkalal
There are real spaghetti zucchini, delicious, no strength! From them, it seems to me, such a dish will turn out very tasty and you will not have to cut it on purpose, they themselves stratify into fibers)
mur_myau
Lisichkalal, There are such pumpkins. This is the first time I've heard about spaghetti zucchini.

Yes, there are such zucchini. But that's not quite right ...

Just about, with a grater, everyone can
That's it: the trick of this recipe is in a special grater with which you can cut any vegetable, and not just zucchini in the form of spaghetti.
Zucchini undergo minimal heat treatment, they are ready in 3 minutes and have a different taste.

The grater that I have normally cuts only zucchini; for the spaghetti form, another device is needed, which I am now going to purchase.

Manya, what's the problem? You know how to cut zucchini like that without a grater - let's have a master class
Gala
Girls, we have to go to kitchen stuff
and such a thing
Zucchini Spaghetti with Spinach Pesto

I haven't found where to buy it cheaper yet, I probably should Larissa (dopleta) ask, she knows everything

Ops ... While the message was writing - I was ahead

And you can also try with Burner on the insert 3.5 zucchini trimming along ...
Gala

She's for sure !!!

I??? Was stunned or something !!!!
Man, it's just that your post seemed to me so

And what is it called (the device) how?

And what is it called (the device) how?
It is called Spiromat. Manufacturer - Westmark
Gala
I found it under different names, I saw it under the name Spiromat slicer.
Caprice, and what is yours, what is the name, whose production?
Gala

Thank you! What about the price?
Caprice
I have exactly the Spiromat from Westmark.
This device is one of the kind that you use once in a hundred years. The rest of the time "sunbathes" in the far corners of the kitchen cabinet. That is why I thought, can I use Burner to "pop" these zucchini?

Thank you! What about the price?
I bought it for a long time. I only remember that it is not a very cheap device. Believe me, he wasn't worth the money.
Diana
Caprice, Thank you! I also think you can try with a berner.

Here, something like this, if anyone is interested, more precisely, here:

Or, simply run a search on Ebei, it will show several results
Gala
You can, probably, and Burner pochikat ... but such spirals will not work, I think ... but the taste is still changing.

Do you think the taste will change if it is thin non-spiral spaghetti, chipped on a Burner? Isn't it a pity to buy Spiromat for the sake of rare use?
Diana
Thank you! I went, looked and decided, well, it’s a stump, there is already a sorely lack of space.
Gala
For the purity of the experiment, it would be good to compare both, but In any case, the taste of zucchini made in the form of spaghetti is different from zucchini cooked and fried in the form of circles.
With the help of Spiromat, you can make dishes not only from zucchini, a variety of interesting options are possible. In general, I will think

Here I am about the same. I'm already afraid to show my husband another kitchen device I bought (this, of course, besides new boots, bags ... About cosmetics and clothes, I generally keep quiet, the cabinet does not close Now my peasants dream only of buying two devices: a bigger kitchen cabinet for mine devices and a large wardrobe in the hallway for my clothes)

Suns, so on Berner not only circles are obtained, but also spaghetti. It's just that Berner's "spaghetti" do not twist into spirals, but straight ones. Like a Korean carrot, a little thicker.
Gala
Well, I don’t have a Burner. Maybe if I had, I wouldn’t suffer

Is your spiral cutter bad?

Thank God that I have and he doesn't need to look for places

between us girls, bad and not very comfortable. More or less normally, you can only cut zucchini.

You are upset, I have already ordered and paid.
Gala
Olyawhen did you have time? !!
Olya_
Not today, I also wanted to make spaghetti before. I thought a carrot could be done the same way. The ideas were great.
Gala
It's hard to cut carrots on it. Beets, both boiled and raw, didn't work in a spiral, only zucchini.
Scops owl
Oh, I also want one now. You can also fry the potatoes and twist the carrot into the nests.Gal, now you've brought such excitement to our hearts

Gala
Caprice, thanks, looked. I like Ksyusha at least a stake on my head: I want spiromat and that's it I wonder if she bought it all the same?
Nyuta78))
I bought such a grater in Thailand ~ for 900 rubles to a neighbor as a gift (they like carrots in Korean), something is not very good for carrots, it's hard and there is a lot of waste. We must ask the zucchini to try to make))

For Korean carrots, there is no better Burner.

I don’t know this
mur_myau
This zest cut makes strips even of hard vegetables (carrots, beets).
🔗
Or such a hand grater, I have something like an Indian one, I really like it.
🔗

Spiromat looked at Ibei, but did not dare. Large and expensive. And all of plastic, except for the blades, it seemed to me.
