Gael
The beauty! Thank you!!!! I was just looking for something similar from frozen strawberries. This is not the first time: I'll think about something tasty, ana forum - the recipe is excellent!
Omela
Gael, Thank you! I would be glad if it comes in handy.

And this is all the same, only without cream:

Marmalade Strawberry with cream
Catwoman
Oh, damn it, I don't have agar ...
Omela
Lena, you can use gelatin, just don't boil it.
Catwoman
Ksyusha, and in more detail, how about gelatin?
Twist
Ksyushawhat a treat! Both tasty and healthy!

and useful!
Marish, thanks! at looking at the lope to eat.
Catwoman
Ksyushka! Thanks again, I will definitely try, and which option is tastier, with or without cream?
Omela
Len, right there everything is subjective. For me, it tastes better with cream.
Omela
As for sugar, if you like sweets, then add sugar.
lu_estrada
Omelkin's antics are always great !!! Nice and tasty, thanks for the delicious.
Omela
Ludmila, Thank you! : rose: What tricks I do not go to ward off shop sweets. Now I'll lay out one more recipe from an apple with pineapples.
Tumanchik
Thank you kids need to pamper!
lu_estrada
Mistletochka, I'm looking forward to it! Agar-agar is full.
Tashenka
All! I went to get the strawberries out of the freezer! Interestingly, 20% cream will not work? If not, then I'll do it without them.
Omela
Irina, certainly!

Tashenka, will do.
Tashenka
So tomorrow I will do it, and on Monday I will feed my grandchildren. Thank you! Looking forward to the next treat.
Omela
I drew.

Tyts.
Raspberries
Thanks for the recipe, a very beautiful marmalade turned out, I'll take it to your bookmarks. Maybe I'll manage to buy agar-agar after all.
Omela
Raspberries, Thank you! Agar in Indian spices for sale 🔗

Elena Tim
Oksanochka, thank you very much for the link. It turns out that one of the shops "Indian Spices" is located on Sretenka. It takes me exactly six seconds to get there. And no need to wait for delivery. That's lovely!
Omela
Elena,
inucya
Mistletoe, and freeze strawberries in the microwave or wait like that?
Omela
Inna, I have no micra, I'm waiting.

shl. today made from cherries with condensed milk. Delicious !!
inucya
Do not show the current, otherwise I was "butted" my son with strawberries for a week, I had to go for strawberries!
Omela
No, I won't. The principle is the same, the ingredients only change.
inucya
Mistletoe, I still have a question, how can you get it out of the molds so beautifully? And then I have something part of it sticks to the walls
Omela
Has not cooled down, since it sticks .. it (the mermalade) should be elastic.
inucya
Okay, I'll hang the lock on the refrigerator!
Omela
I take it to the loggia, and there is frost.
Omela
I wanted to show the consistency ... it doesn't budge. These are cherry with condensed milk.

Marmalade Strawberry with cream
inucya
Here is my strawberry, although the strawberries were pale, but the marmalade is yummy Marmalade Strawberry with cream
though I did it with gelatin.
And I tried to make pineapple with agar, so the agar was very audible - did you put a lot?
Omela
Inna, beautiful sweets !! Did the cub like it? And agar, yes, it can be different. Sometimes it is felt. Here 1-1.5 hours. l. need to.
inucya
Yeah, he really, I only tried a drop of them, but my husband didn't get it at all! I will do cherry, what should I put in them - cherries, condensed milk, and cream?
Omela
I had no cream. Only cherries and condensed milk (to taste). Now I ordered it from pure condensed milk and went to make it.
Omela

Irina, certainly!
Mistletoe, honey, was making marmalade today. The kids danced underfoot, licked their lips. We washed and went to bed on time - tomorrow promised marmalade favorite in the molds of barniks and gingerbread men. Cooled for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. Made with strawberries and plums = sugar and gelatin. New uniforms, only with Ali arrived. And now I went to ruin not lagging behind the forms. and from both. Save with advice, my dear! tomorrow I'll drown in children's tears, my heart will break. Maybe it was necessary to lubricate the form with something? Have they been cleanly washed and dried? Where did you get lost? What to do?
Omela
Irina, what kind of forms? We still have the whole night ahead. We'll come up with something.

yes, ordinary silicone ones like barney bears, only small
Omela
If the silicone ones do not lag behind, then the gelatin did not gel. In general, it is necessary to pick out around the edges, as if removing the silicone from the marmalade. Have you tried them with your finger on top? Firm to the touch?
shl. and for such marmalade it is better to use the simplest forms without unnecessary drawing, because the fewer the details, the more chances to damage the drawing when pulled out.

Hard to the touch, but not up to cement. Easily and gelatin is to blame, I did everything at a run, and yet these mice scurry under my feet - not only are there three themselves, they also pull their chairs to get higher. I drained the juice, but the gelatin swelled slightly, and I warmed it up in a water bath. Definitely not boiled. But the forms definitely had to be moistened at least. Crow. Agar is there, but it seemed to me that it took longer. Yes, I have never tried it yet. Well, it doesn't matter anymore. I tried it neatly with a toothpick and separated one. So tomorrow I can cope with others little by little, the main thing is to keep my little mice busy. I'll pump up new cartoons for an hour. And I'll fill in the flaws with powdered sugar. In general, tasty and healthy. Better than purchased. Thank you dear. You gave me moral support.

Mistletochka can tell me the rate for gelatin?
Omela
I now, too, had a hard time pulling out of the molds. The technology is as follows - with one hand you pull off the silicone (you need to visually see how the marmalade moves away from the wall), and with the other, you push it from the bottom.
Omela
Ira, I think tomorrow yours, along with a mold of marmalade, will eat that. Or bydut bydut to pick out Barnikov. Mine does this when I want to eat ahead of time or the agar does not freeze as it should.

I have never done it with gelatin, but the magazine says about 500g apples, 500g water, 200g sugar - 15 g of gelatin.

Shl. We're on "you" like.

In general, I first pushing the edge with a toothpick, and then slowly turn it inside out. Will come out, will not go anywhere. YEAA, soft. Not enough gelatin!

I also wanted to remind you that the marmalade should be stored in the refrigerator.

Mistletochka, everything is super. During the night everything froze perfectly, today it was easier to extract. Only yesterday I was in vain. Here is the report. Thank you so much. Marmalade Strawberry with cream
Marmalade Strawberry with cream
Such a portion to each of my bear cubs. Barnikov has not been touched yet. Then I take a picture.
Omela
Irina, it turned out great !!! Gelatin takes more time to harden than agar. Agar solidifies even at room temperature.
