  • Sponge cake with coconut milk (Steba DD1 ECO)
  • The biscuit turned out to be soft, porous.
  • It turned out 4 cakes. The impregnation cream was made from sour cream + condensed milk. First, I soaked the cakes with blueberry jam, and then smeared them with cream. Top with coconut flakes.

Will it work with regular milk?
Mar_k
I think it will work! I did the same, replaced regular milk with coconut!
Sonia
Only in vain did I spoil the products.
On the "porridge" program, the cake burned in about 1 hour and 20 minutes, into the coals.
And most importantly, now I will not have time to buy a cake for a child for others. Who knew that such a setup would be.
Mar_k
Sonia, very sorry! And you have chosen a pressure of 70 or 30! Since baking in Shtebe is done at 30!
Sedne
Marina, for sure at high, at low it does not burn.

But you did not initially indicate in the recipe at what pressure to bake, and then you also ask ...

Did you bake in Shtebe? If, as indicated in the recipe, the lid is obliquely laid, then the multicooker will never gain high pressure.
You need to carefully read the recipe - then everything will work out.
