Chickpeas with chicken and vegetables (Steba DD1 ECO)

Ingredients

Chickpea 250 g
Celery stalk 3 pcs
Yellow onion medium 1 PC
Medium carrots 1 PC
Medium tomato 1 PC
Water 600 ml
Curry 1 tsp
Spices (Provencal herbs) 1 des l
Salt to taste
Chicken legs 8 pcs
Granular mustard 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sunflower oil for frying

Cooking method

  • 1. Marinate chicken legs in mustard and soy sauce. Leave in the marinade for 40 minutes.
  • 2. Rinse the chickpeas.
  • 3. Fry the pickled legs in a non-stick bowl on the Roasting program.
  • 4. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into medium cubes, chop the celery not coarsely. Install a stainless steel bowl in the MB and stew the vegetables on the "Roasting" program. Then add tomato and spices, mix everything. Disable.
  • 5. Add Chickpeas to the mixture and add water and salt, install a metal stand, put chicken legs on it, add water. Set the Meat program for 1 hour 40 minutes, pressure 70. (the water temperature will only affect the speed of pressure build-up. I poured hot water, so the pressure was built up in 5 minutes). Release the pressure after about 15 minutes.

  • Chickpeas are made in gravy. It cooked well, was soft, crumpled well with a fork, but at the same time did not boil and kept its shape. The chicken legs were soft, slightly stewed to taste.
