Blender-soup cooker Endever SkyLine BS-90/91 is a stationary powerful blender that can simultaneously cook and heat food. This appliance combines a blender and an electric pan with a whole range of modern functions: automatic programs, several speed modes for mixing and grinding products, a timer, heating and much more.

In the blender-soup maker Endever SkyLine BS-90/91 you can cook any traditional soup with vegetables that will remain as you cut them and will not be chopped by a blender (borsch, cabbage soup, etc.). You no longer need to stand at the stove, be afraid to leave the pan unattended, interfere, make sure that the soup does not run away and boil away.

With the help of the blender-soup cooker Endever SkyLine BS-90/91, you can significantly diversify your menu and prepare various soups-purees, cream soups or green soups, which are recognized masterpieces of world cuisine. True gourmets will be able to appreciate the delicious taste and delicate texture of exquisite dishes of French, German, European and world cuisine - soups from vegetables, champignons, onions, cheese and many others.

A blender soup cooker will also be very useful for young mothers. It will allow you, without being distracted from household chores, to cook baby food: vegetable, fruit, meat and other purees, soups or delicate desserts. The blender soup cooker will not only quickly cook the necessary products, but also bring them to the required puree-like state.

In the blender-soup maker Endever SkyLine BS-90/91, you can warm up or reheat a ready meal. At the same time, in the keep warm mode (Heating), the maximum temperature will be no more than 50 ° C, which will not allow the dish to change its taste or nutritional properties and completely preserve its consistency, taste, color and aroma for a long time.

In the reheat mode, the blender-soup cooker heats up the finished cold food by alternating gentle heating and thorough mixing. The heating process continues until the soup is heated to the optimum temperature (70 ° C) at which it can be served. As soon as the temperature reaches the set level, the end of the program beeps and the appliance turns off automatically. When heating in a blender soup cooker, you do not use oil or fat, and the heated food will never burn and will be heated evenly.

In addition, the Endever SkyLine BS-90/91 soup blender can be used as a regular stationary blender without heating. In a blender soup maker, you can grind or mix food, whip milk and fruit shakes, drinks, make smoothies, various desserts, sauces, cold mashed soups and much more, in other words, do everything that any blender is used for. Another function of the blender-soup cooker is also very convenient - it is boiling eggs. A special basket is inserted into the bowl of the soup cooker, into which the eggs are placed - the whole process takes several minutes, the shell does not crack, the eggs remain intact and are very tender and tasty.

The cost is 2736 rubles

An interesting blender - the price is low, the power is large and the equipment is rich! sorry for what else and whoever bought and no reviews! I will follow the topic

I bought such a blender soup cooker, the "demons" seduced me. : Although I wanted to be simpler, small in the form of a Brilon kettle. I bought this one because of the same price - 2600 with delivery. The blender is light because the jug is made of plastic. When you first turned on the smell of plastic was, but quite insignificant and not from the jug, but from the base. The device is neatly made. When mixing starts, it roars quite loudly. The beeps are also loud. So far I just managed to brew a cup cocoa from carob and made a drink from dry hawthorn. I brewed cocoa in manual mode: I poured 300 ml of milk (it will not work less, the device simply turns off, as provided), added 3 tsp. carob and 2 teaspoons of sugar, turned on the blender. Everything got mixed up. Then I just scored 5 minutes. and the temperature is 80 *, at the end I mixed it again. It turned out better than with plain cocoa (I don't really like cocoa), delicious, with a high froth.Dry hawthorn drink brewed great: poured 1 liter. water at room temperature + two handfuls of very dry pitted hawthorn. I switched on the P1 program (puree soup). First, the device was heated to a boil, then the stirring was turned on for 80 seconds, it allowed to boil for another 3 minutes (it boils quite vigorously). I thought that with such a boil all the vitamins from the hawthorn would evaporate in 25 minutes (this auto-program is designed for such a time). Therefore, the auto-program was disabled. I took a time of 20 minutes and chose a temperature of 40 *, at the end I mixed everything. The device mixes like this: 80 sec. interferes, 10 sec. break and, again the cycle repeats until you turn it off. That is, you can continue at will and select the stirring speed from 1 to 5. I poured it through the spout of the jug, a grate is made there, all large remnants of the pulp of the hawthorn and knuckles remained in the jug. The plastic of the jug cools down quite quickly, so you can rinse it out almost immediately without fear of cracking. That's all for now.
Asya Klyachina
Today I checked the work of the auto-program P1 (soup-puree). Cooked pea puree soup... I loaded 2 tbsp into the jug. l. olive oil, 2 tbsp. l. butter, cut 1 medium onion into cubes, poured a can (350 ml.) of canned peas along with liquid, 1 stalk of petiole celery, 1 tbsp. l. dry broth "Rolton", because there was no ready-made and topped up with water to the mark of 1.5 liters. I turned on the program 1. When everything was cooked I added 1 finely chopped raw smoked sausage and 50 gr. diced cheese and cooked in manual mode for 5 minutes. at 100 *. Oddly enough, it turned out very tasty, I thought it would be worse. Cooking took 25 minutes. The algorithm of the auto program (P1) is as follows:
8 minutes - heating to a violent boil, turning off the relay (a click is audible), as soon as the boiling has calmed down, the blender turns on for 3 seconds.
It is heated again and boils for up to 14 minutes quite vigorously, then the blender works for 5 seconds.
Heating again up to 18 min. and at the end stirring (30 sec. blender, 2 sec. stop, and so on 4 times)
The end signal beeps on the End board. All. If you do not turn on the heating, then after a minute the device will turn off completely. The program runs for about 20-25 minutes. depending on the temperature of the products being poured. There is no countdown on the auto program, only P1 is on. In manual mode, there is a countdown and you can see how much is left until the end of cooking.

And what about the bottom, heating element and smells?
I didn't make friends with the pro cook - I got tired of washing the bottom after each cooking, IMHO heats up unevenly and the lid smells deadly.
but how?
Asya Klyachina
I smelled moderately when heated, the black bottom of the jug outside, this is understandable, since there is a heating element inside it. And then it was the first three or four times, and the instructions say that the plastic can smell a little at the first start. But inside the jug itself there was no smell at all, so this was not reflected in the food being cooked. I read the same thing in the reviews on this blender that at first I was scared by the smell when heating up in the first days, but no one smelled inside.
The bottom of the jug is made of stainless steel. It burns, if you only eat something too thick in it you heat it at 100 * and by the way, also more in one place, closer to the handle of the jug (there is the entrance of the heating element). This is probably the case with all soup cookers. But it somehow does not bother me, I scrub this bottom with a hard brush and all or in general with a metal washcloth, since the knives are not all the way down, they are short.
And you can set the temperature and time in it at your own discretion, as in proficiency, so the freedom of action is the same.
The only thing is that the pulse mixing button is combined with the start button and to make it work, you need to press hard and wait 10-15 seconds, at first I even thought that this function did not work for me.
But all these shortcomings are covered by the price, it costs half the price.

Tillotama
thank you, I understood especially about "all soup cookers have it like this"
I'm probably too picky, but this device does not suit me then in principle.
in the cartoon, nothing ever burns, at any temperatures
about the smell - it was not from the jug, but from the lid.
thanks anyway for the consultation! I will not look in the direction of this device, not mine

I bought the same blender. To say that I am happy is to say nothing, especially since I got it at a very attractive price, for only 1800 rubles. I have already prepared a bunch of soups, the children are happy with cocktails, and today I made cocoa - I haven’t tasted it tastier yet. In general, I advise!
Asya Klyachina
Congratulations, Galina, on your purchase. Normal soup cooker, humane price. Does everything the same as expensive models. Cheap and not angry. I also use it all the time, and now in the heat it will be used even more often, cook all sorts of light soups.

Hello, I bought a blender-soup cooker, I haven't done anything yet, I'll try it out in the evening and unsubscribe, I'll go and study the recipes.
Asya Klyachina
Congratulations, Irina, on your purchase. Start cooking and everything will work out. My family and I really like cheese soup with shrimps, I recommend cooking it.
Irina.A
Thank you! I made potato soup with brisket and cocoa, everyone liked it, I didn't understand the programs a little, but I think that in the cooking process I will understand how to set the time and temperature, as long as the built-in programs are enough, in general I'm happy with the purchase!
Asya Klyachina
Download products, plug in. Press the "Start" button. First, press the "Time" button and use the "+" and "_" buttons to set the time you need. Time increases from 1 min. up to 99 min. Pressed 10 times "+" will be 10 minutes. Pressed 65 times, it will be 1 hour 5 minutes. Then press the button with the "Temperature" icon, then use the "+" and "_" buttons to set the temperature you need, from 40 to 100 *, one press of "+" adds 10 *, one press of "_" decreases 10 *.Press "Start" again. Starts cooking without blender function. When done, you can blender if necessary by selecting the automatic program P4 (blender). Or mix in a pulse mode, then press the "Start" button and hold it for 15 seconds until the blender starts working. With this button, the impulse mode of the blender turns on tightly, with effort.

Thank you, I understood everything, but where can I see the recipe for cheese soup with shrimp? Tell me please.

There are many recipes in this topic, they are all suitable for almost any soup cooker.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=378455.0
You can take this recipe as a base and add shrimp. I take a package of ready-made boiled peeled frozen shrimp 300 gr. and I divide it approximately in half. Add only a portion of the shrimp at the end of cooking before final stirring to whisk, and the rest just whole after cooking.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=372603.0
This recipe is also good. I take it as a base, only more shrimp and I put crab meat, and less potatoes.

Hello, I continue to get acquainted with the blender. made a smoothie with my daughter from muesli, milk and bananas, while I still cook more drinks in it than soups, frozen cherry compote, I am delighted with cocoa. I carefully examined the stainless steel insert, so I realized that soy milk can be made in it?
Asya Klyachina
I think it's easy. Only I don’t do it, it’s problematic to buy soy beans from us. And from powdered milk, just cook cocoa and that's it. Girls make almond, coconut, hazelnut milk.

Girls, does anyone know, ENDEVER BS-92 functionally Is it different from BS-91? And so far, according to the pictures, only an incomprehensible design I see in the differences
I don't understand how to attach a photo ...

Is ENDEVER BS-92 functionally different from BS-91?
The 92 model does not have a timer for delaying cooking up to 24 hours and, in my opinion, the control panel is made more convenient, the programs are scheduled. You don't need to look into the instructions until you get used to where the program is, how many times you need to press the button. There are no more differences.
Kestrel
Asya Klyachina, Thank you .
I finally realized that I still need a heated blender, so I choose. At first, in principle, only in glass I wanted, but I have not found anything in the glass yet to me suitable. Is that Dobrynya 1401, but I still don't know exactly its functions. So I think ...

And, also, I remembered: in the 91st (or 92nd) - small volumes, 150-200 grams really boil and slender, no one tried? This is me about baby food. The site has about it; I have no doubts about the functionality that will work for the pit-hole, but there are doubts about the volume ...

And the question is still ripe: how does Endever actually have a blender? That is, is it possible to use the blender program separately, without heating, and most importantly: how is it in terms of power? For example, will he cope with freshly chopped coconut, will he smash it into shavings? Well, and the like ... And then I, while without a soup cooker, I made coconut milk today, hand-made coconut, which I chopped with a Phillips, coped with it ... The declared capacity is 650 ... But, of course, I would like to fully automate the process : peeled a nut, chopped it, threw it into a blender, ground it, filled it with water and put on the heating ... (if I understood the process algorithm correctly)
Asya Klyachina
Dobrynya and Endever are twins, but in general there is a separate topic about Dobrynya, everything is written in detail there. The minimum amount of liquid is 300 ml, the sensor costs there, if less, it will turn off, in Dobryna the same thing. In general, the minimum amount of food in the bowl should be at least 3-4 cm. I made coconut milk, it grinds easily. Power 1200 W. Works as a blender and without heating - sauces, cocktails, smoothies, desserts. 5 chopping speeds to choose from. But this device is not intended for grinding dry ingredients alone (such as spices, dry herbs, ice ...) without liquid.Well, glass is, of course, preferable to plastic, naturally both more expensive and heavier. After a year of active use, cuts appeared on the plastic flask, although they do not affect the operation of the device in any way, nothing leaks, but only time will tell what will happen next. In general, I bought this blender soup cooker as the cheapest one. And over time I realized that I didn't need my dear one, I don't use it very often now, I played enough. So the choice is yours.

Asya Klyachina, well, yes, I looked at the site, I still did not understand - in the description, except for the color in the picture, there are no differences, but at a price - from 300 to 600 rubles, the difference, so I thought - is it really just for the color !? I didn't believe it, I decided to ask "more experienced comrades"
And I so briskly aimed first at the most expensive model, like - more abruptly, newer, but what I came to. Color to our drum

So I'll pick her up on Friday, this toy. I decided not to buy instead of the killed Chinese cow in the same place, - suddenly this one will please ...
Asya Klyachina
I don’t know, Larissa, the soup cooker is frankly budgetary, the knives are not removable, the bottom is not non-stick, it yells loudly, but the price for it is also very reasonable. You can buy, try and understand whether such a device is needed at all, if anything, then at least money is not a pity. Here they ground the oak feijoa with granulated sugar, partly they ate it like that, part went to lemonade in the same jug. I cooked pumpkin soup with pistachios according to the recipe from the Bread Maker ... quickly, simply.

Asya, that's why I took it to compare it with my Chinese one. If it doesn’t suit (but for some reason it seems to me that this will not happen), then again buy a Chinese one. So you ground the feijoa without adding water? And the sensor didn't work?
Asya Klyachina
I added 1 cm of boiled water so that the sugar was moistened.
Natalia Alekseevna
"The bottom of the jug is made of stainless steel. It burns if you only ate something too thick in it at 100 * and, by the way, also more in one place, closer to the handle of the jug (there is an entrance of the heating element). This is probably the case for all soup cooks. But It somehow does not bother me, I scrub this bottom with a hard brush and all or in general with a metal washcloth, since the knives are not all the way down, short. "

I can tell right away that this is not the case for all soup cooks. I started using VES SK-A24, it was written on the box that there is a bottom with a non-stick coating.

And it seems so far, pah-pah! - did not disappoint.

When I was cooking the jam, all the sugar sank to the bottom, I think, well, that's it - the end! Will burn!

But everything is ok! So when buying a soup cooker, you need to clarify what material the bottom is made of.

Hard brushes can even turn a normal Teflon pan into a kaku, on which everything burns.

When you scrape, micro-grooves, scratches invisible to the eye, appear on the surface. And the next time you cook, the food in these grooves and scratches burns. So it is worth cleaning once with a hard brush or an iron washcloth - say goodbye to the unit / frying pan - or whatever you scrubbed there.

Asya Klyachina
What does your VES soup cooker with a non-stick coating have to do with it, create a theme on it and praise it for health. In this soup cooker, the bottom is not non-stick, but made of stainless steel, as it is clearly written. And the brush with stiff bristles is not just included in the kit. Yes, and no one here "does not scrape" Teflon pans with steel sponges.
Natalia Alekseevna

Asya, why be so nervous. If nothing sticks to the bottom, why include a stiff-bristled brush?

I created a theme for VESK, but I do not praise, and I do not advertise anything. here it seems that it is not forbidden to express your impressions of the technique, especially if it failed. Maybe this will help someone not to make the wrong choice.

Hello! I choose some similar gadget, I consider it as an alternative to AvetnPhillips (blender steamer), it's just that there is only steam and grind function, but it costs 5700 ...somehow the toad strangles.
Tell me, is it possible to steam somehow in this magical thing?
dopleta
In Endever there is a program "boiling eggs" (P5), about which it is written (I quote): "This program is intended for cooking with steam, for example, for boiling eggs." But personally, I have never used this program. The set includes such a stand for cooking them:

Larissa, Vitek has a non-stick. Any problems with sticking and sticking? Do you know what is the fundamental difference between them? I read about them all in a row on the forum, my head is spinning))) But I'm serious, I really want to buy such a thing (that's just this I don't have enough ...) The main thing is to decide on the brand ... Help me, please)) ) Can you add something to your soup cooker during the cooking process? Can I add a small amount of food? Does the bowl get very hot during the cooking process (at Vitek, they say that it is very strong)? Does the puree soup grind well (in some models, they say, small pieces remain)? Does it wash well? They say that jelly is good in them? Larissa, I understand that there are a lot of questions, but please help, because only the one who "cooked" in this can answer the questions))) I will also be useful to you in something))) Although you have techniques, judging in all, so much that you can "technical" the inhabitants of a small village)))

I will not undertake to advise, Tatyana, because I didn’t use Vitka, but I see each one has its own advantages. Endever has more power, there is a filter. In Vitka, stirring when cooking soup must be manually turned on, and the vegetables are broken, but here the blender turns on automatically and the vegetables are protected by a filter. Here, the temperature range is 40-100aboutC, with a step of 10 degrees, and there are three temperature regimes. There are 5 speeds, there - 4. The delay timer here is up to 24 hours, it says that the maximum delay time is 1.5 hours, but I suspect that this is the maximum time for setting the cooking time, and not the delay, for Endever also the choice of the maximum operating time - 99 minutes. But there you can grind "dry" with a blender, and in Endever, without a minimum liquid level, the sensor will not work. Well, how can you give advice?

You can report, Tanya. To do this, you do not need to remove the entire lid of the bowl, but simply remove the measuring cup from its center. A small amount of food - of course you can. The main thing is that the liquid is not less than the allowed minimum, otherwise it will not turn on. The bowl - yes, it heats up, because there is boiling soup in it, but how could it be otherwise? But, I suppose, still less than metal. The soup grinds perfectly, until completely smooth. In some cases, you will have to work hard to wash the bottom. If the puree soup is very thick, it may burn at the bottom. In this I see the only drawback. Since I have other blenders, the lack of ice picking does not upset me.
