Dry yeast

Powdered milk 1.5 tbsp. l.
Spices for fish 1 tbsp. l.
Fish
(I took pelengasius, you can cod)
150 - 200 g
Onion 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Divide the onion in half: cut one half and fry in butter, and cut the other half and put it in a double boiler with the fish cut into small pieces - steam for 10 minutes. 0.5 liters of water was poured into a double boiler, after cooking the fish, the liquid cooled and measured out 320 ml.
  • I put it in the HB according to the instructions: yeast, flour, salt, milk, fried onions, pour in fish broth.
  • Into the dispenser: fish, onions, spices - a full dispenser turned out

Mode - I put on Diet, it is close to Italian, size - medium, crust - medium.
