Advice.

1. Small potatoes can be boiled whole. But large and medium ones are best cut into pieces. This speeds up the cooking time. And fish that is cooked under the same conditions will not be overexposed.

2. Potatoes can be filled with milk (approx. 250 ml). Some of the tubers will remain above the milk surface and will be steamed.

3. Potatoes can also be poured with hot water. Then the total cooking time of the dish will be reduced due to a faster set of pressure.

4. Fish can be stuffed and wrapped in foil in advance. Soaking will only improve its taste.
