Omelet (foamer Profi Cook PC-MS 1032 and multicooker Steba DD1 ECO)

Ingredients

Table egg 2 pcs
Milk, measured with a shell 3 times
Corn starch 1 tsp
Salt taste
Mold oil

Cooking method

  • I got myself a toy, now I'm playing around - I'm trying to load it as much as possible.
  • 1. Place a flat mixing disc in the Foamer Cup.
  • 2. Break 2 eggs into a glass, pour 3 shells of milk (she took the deepest shell, that is, she broke the egg closer to the edge). Add salt and starch (a flat spoon, not completely filled to the brim, a little more than 3/4)
  • 3. Press the button "Cold whipping" - wait for the process to complete.
  • 4. While the frother is working, fill the Bowl with water, about 500 ml. Install the stand, cover it with a lid and set the Steam programs and let it boil.
  • 5. As soon as the frother has worked, grease the mold with butter and pour the mixture into the mold. We put in MV, close the lid and valve. We set the Steam program for 2 minutes.
  • 6. After the program finishes working, wait 5 minutes and release the pressure. The omelet is ready!

Light, where did it burn? Same in the cartoon?
Elena Tim
I have already seen, in Shtebe!
Cvetaal
Flax, poured into portion molds and steamed in a stock, only I cooked for 8 minutes, so I have it denser
Masinen
Such omelettes are awesome !! Zastra in the morning and I'll make such a bungle.
What does corn starch give?
Cvetaal
Mashun, I did not find any starch in myself and added half a teaspoon of flour, but I think you can not add it. Probably, with starch or flour, the omelet is denser and does not fall off, IMHO
Masinen
Cvetaal, Light, understood)
Elena Tim
It turned out great, Light, well done. Mariska is a good student! I’ll go out too tomorrow

Yes, Masha, it gives density and the omelet does not fall off with it, the only thing you don't need to digest, better less than more! And then the taste of starch (flour) appears!
