Liver fritters
- chicken liver 500 gr
- soybean meal from 2 cups of soybeans
- egg 1 pc
- semolina 2 tbsp. l.
- salt, spices to taste
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

The use of cake nuts hazelnuts
I make nut milk every day, the most delicious for me so far is from hazelnuts, there is a lot of cake left, today I baked a biscuit with it, the recipe is traditional, but with the addition of cake:
"Biscuit on boiling water"
  • egg - 4 pcs. - 210 gr. without shells (since eggs are of different sizes, I began to weigh and, depending on the weight, add flour and sugar)
    sugar - 190 gr.
    flour - 140 gr.
    fund. cake - 150 gr.
    vanilla sugar - 1 coffee. l.
    baking powder - 1 box. l.
    boiling water - 3 tbsp. l
    rast. oil -3 tbsp. l. (I have rapeseed)

I baked in Panasonic 101 (which has 4 buttons) for 2 cycles, the biscuit turned out to be high, porous, nutty in color and a funky smell.
Cut into 2 cakes, soaked a little (2 tbsp. L. Fund. Milk + 1 tbsp. L. Orange. Cointreau liqueur).
Cream: Cream 250 ml. 20% (I have Finnish Flora vispi) whipped with 4 tsp. sah. powder.
Sprinkled with roasted hazelnut shavings.
The taste of the cake is divine !!!
Next time I will add cocoa for color, since the nut cakes are gray, somehow not aesthetically pleasing for me, but I will taste it.

    cake - without weighing, what it was; soy from 1 tbsp. soybeans, almond from 2 tbsp. almonds.
    sugar - 0.5 stack.
    semolina - 0.5 stack.
    soy milk - 0.5 stack.
    van. sugar - 1 tsp.
    loosened. - 1 box l
    salt - a pinch
    raisins - 0.5 stack.

Soak semolina in soybeans. milk until it swells.
Mix cottage cheese + yolks + cake + soak. semolina + van. sugar + loosening + salt
Beat the whites with sugar until strong peaks, gently add to the curd mass, add the raisins (dusted with flour)
Grease a mold with a drain. butter, sprinkle with semolina, carefully lay out the mass.
She baked in Panasonic 101, 2 cycles (2x1.20). Do not open immediately; 10 min. Heated, 15 min. do not open the lid, let cool in the form.
In Panasonic, 18 is baked in 55 minutes. , but lately I've been using 101 models for baking casseroles and biscuits.
Very tender casserole, keeps its shape well, the structure is loose and not wet.
I have been using the basic recipe for many years, and now also with the use of cake.

I baked another biscuit with the addition of almond cake:

Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer, without turning it off, add cake and beat for another 1 minute.
Add flour with baking powder, stir well, add boiling water + rast. oil, and pour the mixture into a greased drain. butter and sprinkled with semolina form.
Baked in Panasonic 101, 2 cycles (2x1.20), the biscuit turned out to be tall, porous, fragrant.
Cut into 2 cakes, soaked (2 tbsp. L almond milk + 1 tbsp. Orange. Cointreau liqueur).
Cream: Cream 250 ml. 20% (I have Finnish Flora vispi) whipped with 4 tsp. sah. powder.
Sprinkled with toasted almond shavings.
The cake is delicious.

  • egg - 4 pcs. - 225 gr. without shell
    flour - 150 gr.
    sugar -190 gr.
    fund. cake - 150 gr. (from two measures. stack.)

Baked in Panasonic 101, 2 cycles (2x1.20), the biscuit turned out to be tall, porous, beautiful chocolate color and very aromatic.
I cut it into 4 cakes (I bought a string, a very convenient thing, the cakes turned out to be thin and even), soaked (3 tbsp. L. Fund. Milk + 1.5 tbs. L. Orange. Cointreau liqueur).
Cream: Cream 250 ml. Whipped 20% with 4 tsp. sah. powder.
Sprinkled with roasted hazelnut shavings + grated chocolate.
Unusual nutty chocolate taste with a hint of orange !!!
