Carnival night cake

Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 2/3 st.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Egg 4 things.
Vanillin
Soda - redeem
(or 1 tsp baking powder)

Grated dark chocolate
(or poppy)

Cherries in their own juice 1 jar
(750 ml)

Milk chocolate 100 g
Dark chocolate 100 g

Heavy cream 1.5 tbsp.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Glass per recipe = 250 ml
  • Cake:
  • Beat 4 squirrels with 1 tbsp. Sahara. Then add the yolks one at a time. Now slaked soda, flour, starch and grated chocolate.
  • I honestly admit that for me, grated chocolate in the finished cake does not carry a special flavor load. Therefore, the poppy also fits very well there - look what you have in the pantry.
  • If you use baking powder instead of baking soda, be sure to stir it with flour or starch first.
  • Bake the cake for ~ 35-40 minutes at 180˚ С.
  • Cool and cut into 3 cakes.
  • Now about the cream.
  • There will be two of them.
  • Cream No. 1 - thick (!) Cherry jelly. I am writing this on purpose so that you can change the amount of starch if necessary.
  • To do this, drain the juice from the jar with cherries and add water to a total of 300 ml. Add sugar, you can more or less than the specified amount, focus on your taste. Cook jelly and add a few tablespoons of cherries (to taste). I put 3 tbsp. l. with a slice.
  • To do this, dilute the starch with several spoons of juice, taken from the total amount.
  • Bring the remaining juice with water and cherries to a boil, and add the diluted starch while stirring. That's it, turn it off and cool it down.
  • Cream No. 2:
  • Dissolve the chocolate with milk. Be careful not to boil. Now cool until warm, but avoid thickening.
  • Whisk in the cream and sugar and gradually add the melted chocolate.
  • The cream is ready.
  • Assembling the cake:
  • Put jelly on the first cake in a thick layer. Above is the second cake, on it is part of the creamy chocolate cream. Now the third cake, and on it again creamy chocolate cream. Smear the sides with cream too. We neatly align everything, and we get a cake completely covered with cream.
  • Now you can decorate with chocolate elements or cover with chocolate (icing).
  • Do not forget that it is better to pour chocolate on a chilled cake.

Note

Delicious, soaked cake, and not heavy.

1) Drain the juice into a measuring container.
2) Add water to the juice to the 300 ml mark.
3) Take a little of this liquid and dilute the starch in it.
4) Add sugar and cherries to the remaining liquid.

Now, stirring, brew point 4, gradually adding point 3.
