I bought myself a second stove, this Binaton 2068 stove, my first Kenwood 250
Since these two stoves are in the same price category, I decided to write a comparison, maybe someone just chooses from these stoves
So, if the stoves are very worthy of choice, while I was working on one kenwood, I didn't have a single complaint about it, but when the second one appeared, I can already compare
The appearance of course in favor of Binaton 2068 .. stainless steel and glass touch panel look much more beautiful than ordinary white Kenwood plastic
The shape and size of the bucket for both HPs is the same only in Binaton it is 2-2.5 cm higher
Binaton works much quieter .. Kenwood always made the TV much louder when the kneading was going on, but binaton does not interfere
In Kenwood, the top lid does not close as tightly as in the binaton, as a result of this, in Ken, the top of the bread is 90% always light (it was necessary to cover the stove with a terry towel)
Of the pleasant things in Binaton, there is a backlight, which is very convenient, near Kenwood I always had a flashlight, you can also program Binaton, which I think is an undoubted plus for lovers of rye bread (but I have not tried this function yet). Kenwood, on the other hand, bakes beautiful 50/50 rye bread without programming on the "whole grain" program, I will not say that all the recipes were successful and liked, but after 3 years of use they found worthy ones.
Binaton's baking turns out to be higher, although in time, for example, the main program is 25 minutes. shorter. I don’t know what is the reason
In general, I am very, very pleased with my purchase for 700 UAH, which is just a mega-good purchase, but I will repeat once again my hard-working Kenwood very much and respect and I do not send her to retirement.
In general, in terms of work and quality of bread, the ovens are about the same. Kenwood 250 captivates with the popularity of the brand, and Binaton 2068 with the presence of glass, metal, light and programming. In general, it seemed to me that Specifically, this Binaton model is very similar to the Kenwood 450 (programming, touch panel ...), but the price difference is two times.
Sorry for a lot of letters.

Enough time has passed to finally decide that the Binaton bread maker is a super-sweet
Now in the main I bake only in it, the only bread that has turned out better in Kenwood so far is the so-called Ukrainian with the addition of gluten and dry leaven, and all the rest, well, I'm not really overjoyed at Binaton.
Here, for example, a cake made from Viennese dough in Kenwood I got the size of a bucket + a small hat, and in Binaton this loaf grows up to the very window and then we get a Kenwood bucket + 2 cm (the binaton bucket is 2-2.5 cm higher) + another cm 3 to window.
The hat always turns out to be even, if the roof in the bread undermines and then it happens evenly from all sides and because of this the bread is always even, in my Kenwood personally, skewed bread (from the fact that the hat has been blown up unevenly) is more a norm than a deviation
I'm not really overjoyed

Marinal, and you baked cake in Binatone according to what recipe? from book?
I also have this model, I baked Easter cake 2 times: the first time I did not rise well (I sin on a draft in the kitchen), and the second time I turned out so cool, beautiful, tall, even.

I bake different but really like it from this site. Mine is called Easter from the Viennese dough for HP or something like that. I just wrote the recipe in a kitchen book a long time ago
