Mystery 1202. Black bread

Ingredients

kefir 300 ml
rast oil 1 tbsp
garlic 1 tsp
honey 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
instant coffee powder 1 tsp
Rye flour 100 g
wholemeal wheat flour 100 g
Wheat flour 180 g
dry yeast 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • I indicated the ingredients as in the original 750 grams given in the instructions. The original is in the instruction manual for the bread maker.
  • I edited a little for the availability of food in the fridge. And it seemed to me that there was a typo about rye bread, maybe it meant flour?
  • In the original:
  • instead of kefir - water
  • instead of honey - molasses
  • instead of garlic - fennel
  • instead of wholemeal and wheat flour - wholemeal and white flour
  • instead of rye flour - rye bread
  • First, all the liquid components, then dry.
  • Which program to bake is not indicated in the book, so I put it on the main white bread.
  • The bread is convenient, that you don't have to work on it and you can cook it with a delay - no sourdough or wort.
  • The family concluded that the experiment was a success. The bread turned out to be interesting and spicy (due to the garlic). And there is a little sourness, as I like.
  • Got up well, not sticky or dry. Does not crumble. There are many and not large pores. In General I submit to professionals.

In Mystery 1202, the 1 cup mark corresponds to 8 oz, which in turn corresponds to, sort of, 240 ml. The question is, how much flour to pour?

Well, you can always count
There are so many additional material on the forum for this:
The amount of flour and water in a faceted glass
How big is your measuring cup (cup)?
Amount of main ingredients in one measuring cup and spoon
Etc...

mixban, I just weighed the mark 1 cup glass of wheat flour from a bread machine - it turned out 135-140 grams, just like if you take a regular 200 gram glass under the knife.
Since it turns out that I have 100-105 grams of rye flour
wheat flour 170-180 grams.

Thank you for your attention to the recipe, I hope you will succeed!

I will definitely try! We have the same stoves. And you can also correct the recipe for users of other stoves. That is, indicate the amount of flour in grams.
