  • For many years I have been making pizza with yeast dough. But recently I wanted to try other test variants. I didn't have an interesting recipe at hand, I had to come up with it on the go.
  • I liked the result! Fast and tasty. I baked it several times, slightly adjusting the ratio of ingredients.

  • Preparing the filling.
  • Cut the sausages into slices and lightly fry on 2 sides.
  • Cut the peeled champignons into slices. Fry until browned.
  • Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  • Cut olives into rings or slices.
  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Test preparation.
  • Beat eggs with salt with a hand whisk.
  • Add kefir, baking soda and stir very well.
  • Add the sifted flour. Whisk everything together until smooth. You should get a dough like for pancakes.

  • Lubricate the bottom and bottom of the sides of the pan well with margarine. (I also sprinkled with breadcrumbs.)

There can be absolutely any fillings for this pizza.

Sausages (or other sausages) do not need to be fried. But it seems to me that it turns out to be tastier.

When baking in the "Porridge" mode, an unusual hissing sound may be heard from the pressure cooker. If you are afraid of this - bake pizza in the traditional way: at the "Pastry" for 30-35 minutes with an open valve.
