Fat sour cream (old) 170 gram
Curd serum 120 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Yeast 1.75 tsp

Cooking method

  • Put all the food in the bread maker's bucket.
  • My bookmark:
  • First, sour cream, whey, butter. Then wheat flour, the rest of the additives on top.
  • Start kneading the dough and be sure to monitor the state of the bun., Medium crust, Hitachi oven, cup 240 ml.

True, with small additions - instead of vegetable I took butter (with it I get a more golden crust), and I had to experiment with flour. At home, it turned out only 300 grams of wheat, the rest was taken by seeded rye and peeled + bran.

I'm just interested and curious to see what kind of fantasy you have when designing the shape of the dough, because many do not even think about what can be formed from it (well, for example Curls or Stеrn roses)

Hello everyone! Taking the recipe from the first post as a basis, I composed my own:
dry yeast - 1.5 tsp.
wheat flour - 400 g
wheat bran mixture,
rice, rye and oat flour - 100 g
salt - 1.5 tsp.
sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
rast. oil - 20 g
old sour cream - 180 g
serum - 210 ml
Program - basic, size - L, crust - light. Here's what happened. The bread rose to the edge of the bucket. I think it is possible to reduce the amount of yeast (I was just afraid that rice and oat flour would prevent the dough from rising).

I already made bread according to the main recipe, added whey up to 240 ml, but the sour cream was very thick. Surprisingly, the bread only made from wheat flour was lower than this one (unfortunately, I did not take a photo).
