Cooking method

  • In general, my task was to check if the milk sauces burn in this device. Therefore, I do not pretend to know-how of the recipe at all.
  • So: 1) prepare the necessary ingredients.
  • Creamy cheese-mushroom sauce (soup blender Tristar BL-4433)
  • 2) grate the cheese, chop the onion at random.
  • 3) pour the broth and some of the cream into the blender flask so that the liquid level reaches the minimum mark.
  • 4) use the pulse button to mix the broth with the cream and the bouling / steem button to turn on the heating, bring to a boil and turn it off.
  • 5) in the meantime, dissolve butter in a frying pan and sauté onion with a pinch of sugar until light golden brown.
  • 6) Strain the onion from the oil and send it to the flask along with the mushrooms. Using the blending / mix button, grind and again bring to a boil and turn off.
  • 7) fry the flour in the oil left over from the onion until golden brown. We turn on the blender program and pour flour through the upper hole on a spoon, the sauce instantly thickens, send cheese, chopped parsley, salt, spices, garlic there and pour in the remaining cream.
  • bring it to a boil again and that's it.
  • Sauce is something. Thick and fragrant Son thrashed just with bread. It will be very tasty with some kind of potato zrazy, dumplings, etc.
  • By the way, the blender passed the 5+ test. Nothing burned to the bottom:

tuskarora - Thank you so much! Finally, I felt the real difference between such a blender and a cow - the ability to do very multi-stage things and completely control the process
tuskarora
Yul, the process is really manageable. But you still need to understand and understand. For example, when I last blended, I wanted to warm up on the prog. But it didn't turn on, the device began to swear at me with a loud beeping and no other program wanted to turn on either. I got screwed up, pulled the cord out of the network and turned it on again. I just pressed the boil / steam and everything worked out. What was that?
julifera
This is overheating of something, in my cow it is generally clearly organized - if the poor fellow overwork, it is protected by shutdown
tuskarora
Yeah, well, I assumed so. Okay, we'll take a look.
