I wonder if you can do it without filling (well, some buns, curls or something like that)? After all, the dough is sweet ...
Bunny
good too. I did. only now I noticed one peculiarity - a lot depends on flour ... I baked a week ago again - a whole kilogram of flour went. flour was different .. it is necessary to follow the kneading ... first ... if anything - add flour ...

Perfect for baking Easter cakes ...
alyona
Bunny,
thanks for the recipe.
I put it in HP. The torment is gone immeasurably!
I had to get it out and knead it with my hands. There was not enough wheat flour - I added corn flour.
This is the first batch. With pumpkin filling.
Delicious!

On a baking sheet - from a microwave (convection), on a table from a gas oven.

I went to sculpt-oven further ...

You are welcome! I am very glad that you liked it !!
Probably the problem is that I have a 1.5 kg bucket, and yours is smaller, that's why it didn't fit !!
You are on the trail. do half of time !!
Your pies are very appetizing! and wanted to do it again! taste of childhood...

I'm confused ...
Why isn't anyone using this recipe?
I have tried many hits of the cake test, the topics of which have more than a dozen pages. But this dough is something!

I use this recipe for pies with potatoes, cabbage, mushrooms, and the most delicious (for me) with chicken liver.
I do not put vanilla and cinnamon, but add sugar, as for savory pies.

The dough according to this recipe is very soft and tender, and most importantly, it Nourishes!

Try this recipe, you won't regret it.

Bunny, thank you very much!

I went to thank ...

Alyona!
I also liked the recipe and photos, but the amount of yeast confuses - 1 sachet is how many grams of dry? And if with compressed yeast, how much should you put? Now I mainly bake on pressed ones, one recalculation of the amount of flour, and I don’t understand how much it can go ...
Margit
For 100 grams of flour with plain bread - 2 grams of pressed yeast,
for 100 grams of flour with rich bread - 5 grams of compressed yeast
The dough is rich, therefore yeast should be put accordingly.
alyona
Nataliya, I knead the dough in terms of 650 grams of flour, so that for one batch in HP. In terms of 650 flour, 2 tsp. dry yeast.
Is that a lot?
In the evening, after work I will write my "recount".

Thanks for the recipe, the pies melt in your mouth. Apparently, due to the absence of proteins, they give rigidity. I made a half recipe, put 3 yolks. I do not know how to insert pictures, who would teach!

Thank you for such a wonderful comment !!!!! GOOD LUCK!

I came to thank you, Bunny, for the excellent dough recipe.
This is amazing !
I did everything according to the recipe, without any modifications ... I took pressed yeast (in the same way as described above) and it took more flour ...
By the way, the day before yesterday I baked sweet pies, according to a different recipe ... - I liked it, but today's pies with the same filling are super! The photo report is not very appetizing - alas, this is all that remains

And this is probably to your review was

Are you kneading the dough?
The bread maker crumples and crumples before forming the products ... - it is easier to form products from the settled dough ...

BunnyYou can't even imagine how many times I mentally said thank you. At least once a week ... Since then, when I discovered this wonderful recipe for the dough, I bake pies, pies every week ... today there were the most airy awesome cheesecakes ... THANKS TO YOU and your grandmother BIG THANKS and many kind words
Thank you for sharing the awesome recipe !!!

Thank you so much for the recipe! The pies are just wonderful! Girls, tell me, please, what are you doing with the remaining proteins? Where to adapt them?
chaki2005
Bunny, thanks!
For me, according to a very similar recipe, my grandmother baked pies, and pies, and rolls with poppy seeds. She (and I now) could still add a little lard to the dough. She did everything by eye. The dough is delicious. I adjusted the sugar for pies, but still the dough was sweetish. I also really like the slightly sweet dough with meat filling.

My proteins always remain in large quantities after baking Easter. I have a very old recipe for choux pastry for 20 yolks. I have a recipe for a squirrel pie. I'll definitely look at home and write.

You can make meringues or meringues ... but if you like sweets ...
It turns out delicious when you just fry them like scrambled eggs, or when frying scrambled eggs I add to the pan ...or add it to the omelet, it turns out super-airy, children are very happy.

Dry yeast

1 p.

do you mean fast-acting dry yeast? like saf-moment or dr.Oetker? I just have different bags, 7 and 10 grams each ... And there is no bread machine, I would like to paint how to knead manually ... Easter is just around the corner ...

Thanks in advance for your help
Spine
Please write the conversion for 650 g of flour!
Bunny
I did not count on 650 grams ... I have a Panasonic bread maker - for her the volume is normal ...

Girls, do you melt or soften butter?

Airy pies with filling turned out. I had to add a little bit of flour. The dough was kneaded by a bread maker.

So beautiful! One to one! I would take a master class on making pies from you!
natashula
Today I baked buns according to this recipe. Mixed in a bread maker on the "yeast dough" program. I will make a reservation, I was a little mistaken, did not dilute the yeast in milk (Saf-Levure was not all sold out even by the end of the dough kneading-proofing program) and put only 1 tbsp of sugar instead of a glass of sugar. l (distracted at the wrong time ..) But nevertheless, the dough is airy and tasty. The pies have eaten up with a bang! Flour put exactly 850 gr. and this amount was too much, in my opinion. I think next time I'll experiment and try to add a little more sl. oil - somehow usually more is added)).
rosemary
The pies are super easy! Now I always bake according to your recipe! And they do not grow stale for a long time! Now acquaintances associate me with these pies))) Thanks again!
Yulya.Yalta
Thanks for the recipe - great dough! The pies are very soft and tender. I slightly changed the recipe, made half of the portion and instead of the indicated amount of sugar put only 50 grams, with the filling with rice and egg it turned out exactly what we needed!

I decided to bake pies according to your recipe. But instead of 1 glass of sugar. put 1 tbsp. l. I hope that the pies will be as tasty as yours. As I bake, I will report. I still have one more question. How do you make such glossy pies, how do you lubricate them? When I bake, I usually grease them with vegetable oil.
Karsei
I baked it yesterday. The dough is obedient, the pies are super !!! Thanks for the recipe!
pira_to4ka
Please tell me this amount is calculated for the volume of a Panasonic 255 bread machine (in the recipes for this model the maximum amount of flour is 600 gr). If not, do not tell me the recipe adapted to 600 gr. flour? Thank you.
pira_to4ka
Please tell me how much dry yeast is needed in grams? And on what mode to put in the bread maker, I have a Panasonic 255. Thank you.

What they are all the same for you! How twins!
Can you give us a master class? Please!
I always get clumsy ...
xelena5
I'm not a magician, I'm just learning. It is necessary that the weight of the pies was the same (weigh on a scale). That's all.
Easter cakes
Turn the seam down and bend the corners slightly inward. Do not press the pies, otherwise they will be flattened.
