* At first, I started grinding in the combine, the peanuts didn’t want to turn into butter in any way. So I put the mass into the blender's chopper. Since I have a small chopper, I divided it into 3 times. In the end, everything worked out.

I make such a paste very often and in large portions during fasting, and this is what I noticed, for the first time I also grinded Brown in a blender, but it burned out 3 times, of course it was upset, apparently a large load, and decided to use a screw juicer for this purpose (I have horizontal Omega), the paste is obtained with the desired consistency, and after the juicer I mix it together with sugar and peanut butter in a combine. I did experiments with honey and powdered sugar, sugar still gives a smoother structure in my opinion, and peanut butter enhances the flavor.
And to darken the color, you need to fry in the oven at 200 ° C for 10 minutes (a portion that lays down in one layer on a baking sheet)
