Cakes a la Kinder Delis

Ingredients

Biscuit:
eggs 2 pcs
Sahara 60 g
flour 15 g
cocoa powder (NOT sweet) 15 g
Cream:
mascarpone 80 g
condensed milk 30 g

Cooking method

  • Delicious chocolate sponge cake and mascarpone cream cake.
  • 1) Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
  • Mix 1 egg and 1 yolk with 50 g of sugar until fluffy, white foam - the mass should increase by 2-3 times.
  • 2) Pour in the sifted flour and cocoa. Stir gently with a spatula from top to bottom.
  • 3) Beat the remaining 1 protein with the remaining sugar (10 g) until a white, smooth foam and gently pour into the dough with a spatula. The mass should not fall off.
  • Line a baking sheet (size 25 x 35 cm) with baking paper. Pour the dough, flatten and bake for about 10-12 minutes. in a hot oven. Check your oven, times may vary.
  • 4) Remove the finished biscuit from the baking sheet, remove the paper and cool slightly.
  • 5) At this time, prepare the cream: beat the mascarpone and condensed milk with a mixer or a whisk until smooth.
  • 6) Cut the biscuit into 2 equal parts, grease one with cream, cover with the other half. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • 7) Cut the finished cake into cakes.
  • Melt the chocolate and grease the top and sides (optional). Put in the refrigerator again until the chocolate hardens (about 20 minutes).

The dish is designed for

about 10 small cakes

Note

I have a large baking sheet, I bake a double portion at once. The recipe is the simplest, I don't even separate the protein, I just beat the eggs until a very fluffy foam, it turns out great. Covered with melted bitter chocolate on top and only then cut into pieces.
