For the first time now I am making bread using a dispenser. I noticed that the contents spilled out, but it remained lowered - that is, the hole did not close. Is this how it should be ?? Although, of course, the top flap is closed .. but all the same - it seems to me that it should get enough sleep and it should be in place?

It should be so.

At one time, on this occasion, we had an idea about the advantage of the 207th model over the 253rd in terms of heat capacity.

If there is a possibility (you are near the cotton), you can snap it back immediately after emptying, problems may arise only if you bake very bulky bread (if it rests against the cotton lid - the bottom of the open dispenser will crash into the bread cap), but usually (medium size) everything is fine.

I did it. The top of the bread was pressed by the dispenser, I advise you to close it after all, after the ingredients have fallen out. Better yet, lay the food yourself (following the approximate opening time of the dispenser). Then everything will be for sure.

Hello, my wife and I decided to buy this miracle and settled on two models
Panasonic 254 and 255 (differ only in the presence of a dispenser)
I read almost everything I could on this forum and did not understand the following points

1) If there is no dispenser, will there be a delayed baking function ... i.e .:
kneading the dough, then a signal to add raisins, etc., then I put a delay on what to start cooking in 4 hours (say that all the same, by the morning a "delicious" roll) (or there will be a delay only for bread without additives)

2) If there is no dispenser, you need to be on the lookout and wait for a signal ... or the stove will give a signal, and then it will wait for my actions - until I fill up everything I need ... and only then will it continue?

3) and in general a dispenser ... is it something that adds to the inside of the bread .. or sprinkles on top?

4) That you must not pour into the dispenser (that is, the dimensions are not suitable - I read that not all ingredients are suitable for automatic mixing)

I really look forward to your answers ... in advance- salviiiiiiiiiiibo.

I would also be grateful for the feedback about the units themselves 254th and 255th Panasonic.

Panasonic SD-255 and SD-254 models differ not only in the presence of a dispenser, but also in the absence of the "Rye Bread" program in the SD-254. Now I will answer on your points:
1. No, it won't. The timer, i.e. the bake delay, can only be used with the SD-255.
2. If you have a small apartment, then you do not need to wait for the signal - you will hear it. When filling with raisins, etc., the oven continues to work, i.e. it does not stop.
3. A dispenser is needed so that the additives get into the dough during kneading at the right time without your participation. They are distributed in the dough and then evenly in the bread.
4. Do not pour wet, sticky ingredients into the dispenser. They will just stick to it and not fall into the dough.
I hope I explained it clearly.
I can't say anything about SD-254, because I bake bread on SD-255. So far, there are no complaints. The oven works well.
Hope
I have a Panasonic SD-255 stove. I am very pleased with her. If we have to choose from these two models, we must take 255 unambiguously. Why buy a stove with limited functions. They even have one instruction, but 254 have fewer options.
natalka
Delayed baking is in all HP, but without a dispenser, you will not be on duty at night to add any additives. You will have to put on simple bread with a delay, and you will bake delicious bread in your presence. If you have a choice, take of course with a dispenser. Better overdoing than underdoing.

Thanks a lot to everyone for the answers .... I already managed to read about the "rye bread" function in another topic (before, when I read it .. this answer was not there yet)

We will take 255th.

Here's just how to bake bread with fried onions or cheese. Will it be necessary to guess the moment to pour ... or pour into the dispenser (as I understand it, the dispenser may not cope with this task)?

And I read a lot of complaints about the 253 model dispenser, has something changed in 255?

Gypsy
Dry fried onions are on sale.
There is no such device in my stove, but I don't even think about it. The main thing is there is a window And everything that is thrown in the process of the second batch is thrown with his hands at a sound signal. But I do not need to put bread with large additives at night.

I have no problems with the dispenser. If you pour dry products, then nothing wakes up by the past, but if they are wet, then they stick to the walls and bottom of the dispenser - hence the spillage. I think this also applies to 255 models.

Here's just how to bake bread with fried onions or cheese.

I immediately put the fried onions in the bucket. The taste and smell are wonderful, and the onion pieces are not visible in the finished bread. I like it so. This bread rises so high that it reaches the lid, although I make a medium size.
Mystery
I have a dispensary in the stove, but I hardly use it. firstly, it is small enough. For example, when I want to bake bread with cheese, then all the grated cheese simply will not fit into the dispensary. And secondly, it is not difficult for me to pour the contents into the dough when I hear sounds characteristic of the dispensary's release
Uncle Sam
The dispenser is a good thing.
On the forum, someone talked about purple bread, when dark raisins were thrown directly into flour.
If you dry (after washing) dried fruits, or lay them with cubes of fresh apples, then everything is completely poured out at the right time. And then comes across in the bread with cool pieces. And I throw nuts from the very beginning, let them grind.
Ludmila
I don't have a dispenser. I bake bread with various additives, including raisins, and there has never been a "purple" bread.

for bread with sausage and cheese, throw cheese and sausage into the dispenser. Nothing stuck yet.
And by the way - they rightly suggested here - you can put something that can stick to it, put it on a layer of admissible seeds or sesame seeds. Since the "bedding" will be small. it may not affect the taste. You can just put it on the apple, anyway it is grinded so that you will not feel it - only freshness will be added)) [/ quote]

what exactly is the question about? I have not met any complaints here.
Just one drawback (in my understanding) - the dispenser does not close itself. Sometimes the bread rises very large. And so I just close it myself in the cooking process, just in case.

(But you can probably add pieces of roach, it may be interesting for beer lovers)
Try it, tell us.

I made myself a couple of times white bread with raw onions and sausages.
Onions into the dispenser. Before baking (when the mixer no longer works), sausages were stuck into the dough. Entered 8 pieces. It was delicious, especially if it was eaten warm. The coolest view is the cut across the loaf (and sausages). But the household said "few sausages" ...And you need to store it in the refrigerator.

Tomorrow I will make a white one with fried onions (I prepared a liter jar using a deep fryer) + dry parsley (I found a large bag of homemade drying from last year). I want parsley and onion to be together 75 grams.
Yana
Uncle Sam, it is better to add raw onions right away when starting food. It does not grind during kneading, so it remains in pieces, and it is also baked on a crust. The dough is saturated with juice and the finished bread is obtained with the taste and aroma of onions.
Nyuta
Can you please tell me what a dispenser is? How to do without it in Moulinex stoves? When can you add various additives (dried apricots, raisins, etc.) ??
Thank you !!
Elena Bo
The dispenser is a special compartment in the lid where we put all kinds of additives. At a certain moment, it opens and the additives pour into the dough. If it is not there, then add it yourself by a sound signal.
Elena4ka
And how much does it fit into it? At least approximately - milliliters? or sometimes it is written in the recipe - a full dispenser (raisins, for example), and I put it in the dough at random, as God puts it on my soul

the much-touted automatic dispenser function is not without a flaw. And for this dispenser, a lot of money was taken from us, buyers. It's still better to control everything.
foxtrader
3ay4ik, but you can put bread with additives overnight. Add medium-sized bread and everything will be fine.
Sofim
I often use a dispenser and find it very necessary. I usually close it when I don't put it on at night. I close it just because of interest to look into the stove once again. But such large breads so that they rest against the dispenser have not yet baked or they did not have to go at night :)

Hi:)
My question arose here like this:
I have no scales (unfortunately ..) and no dispenser. And when the recipe says "full dispenser" - I want to cry.
At least approximately - how many raisins, nuts fit into the dispenser?
And how can this be related to the glass (240)?
Thank you:)

Raisins are up to about 200 ml in a glass. Well, there are about the same number of nuts, if they are finely chopped, well, like raisins in size.
Stern
The dispenser volume in different brands of CP ranges from 125 to 150 ml.
But if you add 200 ml of supplements, nothing bad will happen! :) I don't have a dispenser either, it's checked!

Shit, but I just got 200ml of raisins into my Panas calmly. But in fairness, the raisins were not washed, and we never put them in, so 150ml is more accurate. Stеrn ... thank you, they didn't let the person cheat in time

Andreevna ,
I specifically found this out when I baked "Kulich from Elena Bo" for the first time.

Big-very-big-big-big Thank you !!!!

I have used a dispenser once. I put it on the scales, as in the instructions. I didn't look inside, but in vain. The bread was just sprinkled with sesame seeds on top, which I then poured into a cup. He did not mix into the dough in any way. I don't try again. I add it manually. As far as I understand, it could not physically open “wrong”, or at the wrong time. It turns out that the function is not needed. While I think so ...

And really worried in vain !!! quite a decent raisins !! And the dough is divine !! I've been cooking all my life (by hand), but I've never eaten this !!! Squeaked in my hands !!!

The dispenser will not work in all modes. Look in the instructions for these modes.

mode selected correctly

The dispenser for yeast in Panasonic 2502 does not close, I close it manually. That is how it should be?

It should close when baking is in progress.

I have the same problem. Bread maker 2502 - program 06, bread with olives, dispenser WAS NOT WORKING. Respond to the owners of this model. Only I have such a problem, or did someone else come across it?

Can you tell me if you can somehow `` turn off '' the yeast dispenser?
DC75
A similar problem with the bread cake dispenser in mode No. 6 (dietary with raisins), washed raisins and ground walnuts were poured into the dispenser. at the end of baking, the dispenser remained full, that is, it did not open during cooking ... tell me those, what's the matter?
Tumann
And we also have everything left in the dispenser today ...
Where is the problem?
Elena Bo
In Panasonic 2502, the raisin dispenser opens only in the "raisin" modes - this is 03,06,11,14,16,22. Raisins may not fall out if they are wet and tightly packed. Just compress.
The yeast dispenser cannot be switched off.
Tumann
We have sd-2511.
Elena Bo
In sd-2511, the dispenser will only open in modes 04, 05, 08, 13, 17, 18, 20, 26.
Do not put wet, greasy, melting food in the dispenser. They may stick together and not fall out when you open the dispenser.
Tumann

It is in the 4th mode that everything remains in the dispenser.
