Foam in the Proficook foamer

Ingredients

Milk 3.2% 200ml
Vanilla 1 pinch

Cooking method

  • I bought the Proficook foamer as a gift. In the end, I could not resist and bought myself the same. Super thing: compact, neat, stylish. At first I did not find an additional attachment, I thought that the manufacturer had changed the package bundle. It turned out that it was just necessary to turn the device over and there are recesses at the bottom where the very additional nozzles were.
  • Perfectly warms milk, makes foam, mixes cocoa and oatmeal
  • The froth was made on hot whipping. Works for about 4 minutes. The fattier the milk, the longer the foam keeps its shape.

The dish is designed for

200ml

Time for preparing:

4 minutes

I also have ... even two: girl_haha: It so happened that I could not choose. Profi has two models, just one is designed for one or two portions of foam, and in a bucket at the minimum for one portion, there is already a lot, for exactly two. I really like them !!! The little boy uses the bucket (though it looks like it) for cocoa. It turns out just awesome !!! In general, choosing now I would still buy both models, since they are different, but both are wonderful.
Thanks for the tasty treat! For some reason I haven't tried vanilla, I need to fix it

And besides 1032, what else do you have? I have 1032. And the truth is, if you pour into a bucket at the min mark, then the foam is for one and if max - then for two. If you need a gentle current of milk, then it is better to pour it to the maximum. This is just a 0.5 mug.
It is better to dissolve vanilla a little beforehand. When I was sick, I warmed myself milk with honey. So if the honey immediately plumes, then the mixer stops in if you stir with a spoon and wait a little, then it mixes perfectly.
Here also our craftsmen make themselves different breakfasts: with spinach, pumpkin, fruit

She made herself like a smoothie = milkshake.
Pureed fruit and ground nuts were added to the milk.

I also have a model 1009. They are different, and the 1032 is also induction, there are no drives for the whisk, but in 1009 there is. And there is a difference in time - 1009 cooks faster, BUT it is more convenient to wash 1032. In general, I was very pleased with the quality of both units, I bought a "pig in a poke" in an Internet store, I could not see it "live", but I really wanted to see such a thing
I also made hot chocolate in both, but the usual shop choco is not very heated, small pieces remain, although I may have done something wrong ((I now buy cocoa and Barry Callebaut chocolate (here it is heated perfectly and it turns out so viscous)) ). It's just mega-mega delicious. Cocoa is generally awful!
I also did it with honey for myself and for the child, there is no need to control the process, the milk heats up exactly as much as needed, does not run away and does not boil (we do not like boiled milk). Really comfortable
I sit drinking coffee with vanilla

Aleksaniko!
And how much cocoa in ml is obtained in 1009 and how much in 1032?
Does it burn in either 1009 or 1032?
I have already ordered 1032, and now I'm thinking: maybe I need 1009 too? And I will save on delivery.
I will use it mainly for cocoa and hot chocolate.

In 1032 it does not burn. Maximum volume 1032

And the maximum is how much maximum milk for cocoa needs to be poured to get it with foam?
Sphinks
The described volume of 450-500 ml is the maximum. There are pictures

As far as I understand, 450-500 is a full volume? But for this you will have to pour less milk, otherwise the foam will have nowhere to go. Hence, the question is how many ml of milk is included before this very rice?
Sphinks
Do not worry. The bucket is much larger and has enough space for 450-500 ml of milk and also for good foam. The figures for the minimum and maximum milk volume are located just below the middle of the bucket. Then, after cooking, I get a large mug of milk with froth and there is still froth for 1 cup of coffee to my husband. If you make cocoa, then about 1-2 hours. l. Cocoa for 400-450 ml of milk, you can simply mix and drink, or you can make cocoa with foam
