Ingredients

wheat flour 500g
salt 10g
fresh yeast 15g
sugar (malt) 1 tsp
cottage cheese 100g
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
water 240g
fresh sprigs of rosemary

Cooking method

  • Dissolve the yeast in a little water. Pour the rest of the water into the bowl of the food processor (mixer), then add all the other ingredients, and at the end add the water with yeast. Knead on speed 2 (Bosch 84), about 5 minutes. The dough should be smooth and smooth.
  • Then transfer the dough to a container and leave to ripen, at room temperature, for about 1 hour.
  • After that, divide the dough into 12 parts. Form round buns and wrap around the rosemary sprigs.
