Curd cheesecake in a multicooker Redmond RMC-01

Ingredients

biscuits 200 g
oil drain. 100 g
cottage cheese 300 g
egg 2 pcs
sugar 100 g
lemon zest 1 PC
sour cream 4 tbsp. l
baking paper

Cooking method

  • Grind 200 g of cookies (ordinary, like a potato cake) in a blender, add 100 g. melted butter, twist again.
  • Cover the multicooker bowl with a whole sheet of parchment (so that it is convenient to take it out later), distribute the cookies along the bottom and make small sides, tamp it hard with your hand.
  • cream: 300 gr. cottage cheese (I had 1% in a regular pack, but creamy, without grains) + 2 medium eggs + 100 gr. sugar + 4 tbsp. l. fat sour cream + zest of 1 lemon (you can orange) ------ beat all this in the same blender or mixer until smooth, literally 2 minutes is enough, of course, if you take cottage cheese without grains).
  • Pour the cream over the cookies, the main thing is that it does not get between the parchment and the side of the bowl! Baking program 1 hour 20 minutes, I removed the valve. After the end of the program, to check readiness, I put it for another 15 minutes, which would be sure. ALL! Done.
  • And now the main thing is to resist and not take out the cheesecake ahead of time. It should cool down, so after the end of the program, turn off the heating, take out the bowl from the multicooker and leave it for an hour. When it has cooled down, taking the parchment by the edges, carefully remove it from the bowl.
