Frozen strawberry jam (multicooker Brand 701)

Ingredients

frozen strawberries 500gr
sugar 200gr

Cooking method

  • It all started with the fact that in the store I really wanted strawberry yogurt, but the composition on the jars was discouraging ... I decided to try it myself, did it for the first time, so don't judge strictly :-)
  • She put the strawberries in a bowl and left to defrost, when she began to thaw and give juice, added sugar and left more.
  • Frozen strawberry jam (multicooker Brand 701)
  • Then I turned on the default baking program (I read in the Internet that someone was cooking on baking, since I had no experience and did not know which program to adapt, I decided to try it too). In general, after 15 minutes, the multicooker began to emit threatening sounds, hinting at the escaping of the contents. Since there was no great desire to wash the bowl and the surrounding area, I just opened the lid and left it in this state until the end of the cooking program. All! The jam turned out to be sweet, thick, just like I love! I'm very happy! And it turned out quickly.

The dish is designed for

400gr

Time for preparing:

45 minutes

Cooking program:

Note

Probably it is possible to adapt another program so that the lid does not open, in principle, you can manually set it in two stages with a decrease in temperature, but how much should you lower it? (I set it on manual 80 degrees - somehow very quiet and tedious).

I tried the Quenching program - it runs away!

In general, whoever finds the ideal option - share it !!!

And the open lid did not bother me, at the same time the aromatherapy course "Summer is in full swing"
