Stuffed and deep-fried champignons

Ingredients

Champignon
Onion
Chopped meat
Cheese
Sesame
Batter:
Wheat flour 1/2 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Cut out the stem of the champignons. Salt the hats. Finely chop the onion and legs and fry in a pan in vegetable oil. Mix the finished mass with any minced meat (you can also with finely chopped smoked meat) and grated cheese. Stuff the hats so that you get a ball. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Dip the mushrooms in batter, then in ground crackers and deep-fry until golden brown.
