Ingredients

cottage cheese 500 g
milk 225 ml
sugar 15 g
semolina 50 g
egg 1/2 pcs.

Cooking method

Perfectly tender casserole, great for any meal: for breakfast and afternoon tea). And I immediately remember the kindergarten taste, such a casserole is one of the few dishes that I really loved in kindergarten).

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve (preferably not dry), mix with milk. Add the egg and mix well again.
Then add semolina with sugar and mix.
Everything is just mixed, nothing is whipped.
Grease a baking dish with butter, add the curd mass and smooth.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow 10 minutes to cool in the form and remove carefully.
Serve with sour cream. jam or any sweet sauce, And it is also very tasty with berry jelly.

I made it! The food is incredible. Baked for 30 minutes on convection. After cooling, it practically did not settle, tender, fragrant, you will lick your fingers.
The only deviation from the recipe was adding a packet of vanilla sugar.
