Cocoa (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

Cocoa powder 2 tsp
Milk 200 ml
Water 200 ml
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I usually boil cocoa in a saucepan on the stove. But for fun, I decided to try cooking it in a pressure cooker. It turned out very tasty! I will cook like this more than once ...
  • Preparation:
  • Pour milk and half the norm of water into the saucepan of the pressure cooker. Close the cover, put the valve in the “Pressure relief” position.
  • Turn on Warm-up program, pressure - 3.
  • Pour cocoa into a glass with the remaining water. (I used this one.)
  • Cocoa (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)
  • Add sugar. Stir everything well until smooth.
  • Cocoa (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)
  • After 3 minutes, remove the lid of the pressure cooker (the liquid starts to boil). Pour cocoa and sugar mixed in water into a boiling mixture of milk and water. Stir with a silicone spatula until boiling.
  • As soon as the cocoa boils, turn off the mode. Place the lid on the pot (valve open!) And let stand for 3 minutes.
  • Pour into cups and treat yourself to delicious hot cocoa.
